Japanese Style Pumpkin Halloween Dessert

  • Halloween is coming ! and most of the Japanese dessert during Halloween are these Pumpkins!
    Unlike in some Countries they use chocolate, cakes. etc to make their Sweets during Hallowen season!
    In this recipe. i used 5 gram of gelatine,bt the outcome is little bit soft. so Use 10 gram gelatine powder to harden enough the pumpkin.
    Pumpkin cream
    200 gram boiled pumpkin without skin
    25 gram sugar
    150 ml fresh cream or heavy cream
    Sponge
    25x25 square mold size
    3 eggyolk + 30 gram sugar
    4 eggwhites + 35 gram of sugar
    40 ml vegetable oil
    60 ml water
    70 gram all puropse flour
    10 gram black cocoa powder
