@@FamilyCS2 To be fair, he shouldnt have to play the Father figure and teach people the dangers of gambling. He is probably the most persistent with telling people not to gamble what they can't lose, and as grown adults we shouldn't need more than that. In all honesty, all he should have to say is "18+". The guy doesn't even get half of his videos monetized just so he can keep the sponsors he does, and he always does giveaways. Don't act like he does it with malicious intentions, I'd argue Sparkles is one of the most realistic creators in CS.
@@FamilyCS2 what I find funny is poker can be televised across the world without a disclaimer. They might show a gambling addiction hotline every now and then, but they don't have to state that poker is gambling or the risks beforehand, and poker players make and lose thousands of dollars regularly
