Thank you for doing reviews again. It was one of the few things I missed from your early days on your original channel. I'd love to see reviews of your go to knifes, smoker, and grill accessories. Thanks again!
I would love to see him do a video on what are the basic knives someone working with meat like him should have and perhaps work with Dalstrong to make a guga beginners meat kit with the more reasonably priced blades.
GUGA!! What a great review of the SNS Kettle! It's always a lot of fun seeing what you are cooking. You will always have legendary status with us over here.
It's $379 & on backorder. I have heavy welding gloves I use to pick up my Weber grate to turn it. It's not a big deal. I also installed a thermometer on the vent side of the lid.
Guga, I'm shocked you are not trying to manufacture your own grill. With you vast knowledge, you could make a grill that would literally be one of the best in the business. I would buy it! I would 100% be an investor in a grill you design.
I love this grill and wish I had one, but I spent a decent amount already for my Weber Kettle on the all the SNS accessories. Still though, the amount of features in this thing is incredible. I wouldn't be surprised if Weber coped most of them.
i have 2 weber i brought off facebook market place for 25.00 each. added 2 sns, total comes to about 100.00 each. works just as good for 1/2 the price.. total cost about 200 for 2 webber grill with sns.
I bought one of these and gave my Weber Kettle to some friends a couple of years ago. It's so good and simple that I barely use my much more expensive PK360 anymore.
I’ve been waiting for this video ever since I saw the SnS grill for the first on Guga Foods! I would love to see a video of all the cooking appliances you use on your other channels.
I've watched Guga a lot, but never paid attention to the grill he's using. Recently I bought a charcoal grill because I wasn't happy with my gas grill. By chance I bought this exact grill and then as I watched more Guga videos I noticed the grill seeming VERY familiar. I love this grill, it does exactly what I want it to do. Extreme heat to sear and a perfect indirect area.
Good review. I've never owned a Weber Kettle because I have a "TRUE ORIGINAL" PK Grill from the late 1950's. Cook on it 2-3 times a week. when I don't want to fire up my Moberg 250. The new PK's are around the same price of the Weber. The PK will NOT rust out, will last a life time and you can grill, smoke, direct, indirect, etc. I have only had to replace the grill grate and the charcoal grate, as with any charcoal grill. Get one and tell us how you like it.
I have a 26" Weber with the slow n' sear xl and it's honestly perfect for me. The factory grate spins without issue on mine. Its nice to be able to do the cold grate technique with 4 big steaks at once on the same grill. If you already have a multi-probe thermometer it's nothing to buy a $12 probe for surface temps. The only mod I might do to mine is drill a smoke port and fab up a damper for it. Granted for what I have spent on mine I could almost buy two SNS kettles.
I agree with you on the size being a little small. Not just in terms of amount of food it could handle at one time, that's baked in with it's 22 ' size. It's the fact that is just a hair smaller than a Weber and their little add-ons don't work with it. The ash sweep is slightly annoying as I always have to manually push the ash down to get rid of it all. Most of these are minor and it was known to me when I bought it that it wouldn't take the accessories from Weber but just putting it out there. Other than that, I love my SnS, it's how I learned to grill without gas.
I just got an Akorn and have to say I'm quite impressed. Decent heat insulation, great control of the temp and enough real estate to grill steaks for the family.
Please show us how to clean grills properly! I have always issues cleaning my Weber Pulse 2000. The results are awesome (our landlord only allows electric grills). But I cannot clean it totally. Can you recommend any cleaning liquids?
Love all of your channels Guga! Could you do a series of videos using a gas grill? I think a large percentage of your viewers use a gas grill and videos about one would not only expand your cooking arsenal but also get more viewers! Keep it up
Are you using a gas grill? Stop doing that, you mind as well be cooking in your kitchen at that point. You want your food to have some flavor from the wood or charcoal you are using. I've heard all the arguments that people have as to why they need/want to use a gas grill, none of them make sense.
I can respect a company that just does a few products really well and don't offer a whole slew of stop-gap products for different budgets. They make 2 kettle grills and one kamado, that's it.
its a different kind of grill harem from PitmasterX which have a lot of grill but each of em are different/unique... Guga stay with his favorite one and buy another one the same
Thanks for this review, I just may have to add this kid to my arsenal. I’m already a huge fan of the Slow N Sear - it’s my favorite way to smoke things unless I need to use the offset smoker for the extra acreage. I know SnS Grills is as passionate about grilling as you and I are, so I know it’s a good grill!
I hate that they made a start building peripherals for Weber grills and then shamelessly ripped it off and included we’ll documented “mods” that have been out there for years. I’ll stay with Weber
I was a late subscriber aand only started watching you about six months ago. In a way that is good because I can enjoy your older videos, too. I want to thank you for making this video. I am buying a new grill within the next couple of days and was considering either the Weber, as I have one of their gas grills and the Loco smart temperature grill. Now I have another choice.
Test a PK . I have a Kamado Joe Big Joe 2 and I love it. We also have camper and it cant go with. I did some looking and found the obscure PK. Does pretty much everything the Kamado does and packs up fast and easy.
Nothing against SnS but I constantly hear people comparing it to the Weber Master Touch. They point out the additional leg/wheel, side table, etc. that the SnS has. For the price though, the better comparison is the Weber Performer. As of right now both the Weber Performer and SnS Kettle are $350. The performer gives you four wheels so you can move it without picking one end up, a way more robust and larger table to work with, and a very rigid aluminum frame that has little to no give or wobble. The SnS is great with its free spinning grate, smoke hole, and more correct thermometer placement, but it’s not fair to compare it to the 3-legged webers when it’s the same price as a Performer.
Grill top on my Weber Kettle can spin. Also three legs on uneven ground is more stable than four. That is why cameras and even machine guns have three. Looks like a nice grill but you can't beat Weber for parts and service and being known. I bet most everyone calls it a Weber
Guga! I would love to see a video from you and Angel on making your viewers grills better. From Gas, electric to charcoal! We all want to create the best dishes for our family….the Guga way! MacGyver away!
Reviews off all kinds are awesome. Wyuality and affordable.. having a large library of reviews is nice.. although i tbh might not watch it myself as i do not live in the us and also do not grill.. more or less at all. Atleast at this time of writing... If i ever am going to buy and there is local avaliable i will check reviews here
Try one of the Coleman travel grills, it doesn't have to be the smallest one or the biggest. I have one of their earlier grills and even though it is propane I love it, the one limitation there is, ends up being a boon for me. Since they are travel grills, they are small, but I cook for one person so that is a plus for me.
I learned some new things thank you for that. I've been intrigued by the Weber Summit Kamado S6 and E6. It looks like it could do a lot of things very well, but I have never even seen one at any store. I'd be curious as you cook on your grill almost the same way I do.
I'd like to see you review of a STOK grill. I was given a can't-pass-it-up offer from someone on one of the STOK charcoal grills (not sure if they even make this version any more) with every one of its attachments plus several bags of hardwood charcoal, bags of various hardwood, a bunch of tools (grill brush, tongs, etc.) and some fat wood fire starters all for $75. Worth it no matter what. He was moving and just wanted to get rid of everything. It has its problems but one thing I really like is that it has heavier duty grill grates than normal... big char and retains heat. I feel the attachment aspect is kinda gimmicky but have gotten some use out of them. I also feel that it is a solid enough of a charcoal grill that I plan on making some modifications rather than seeking out something that will cost me a lot more money.
Chud's bbq made his Weber into an SNS grill. He popped a thermometer into the side with the vent. Personally, I like the three legs better than 4, as you don't need to find as level of a space to keep it from wobbling... Unless the legs on this grill are loose, but that presents problems of their own. All in all, neat product. I'd say that the price will come down if they rank up production, but in this day and age, not very likely to happen.
The Weber thermometer is placed for slow and sear for their 2 side charcoal buckets, so you grill your meat in a line in the middle of the grill. So of course you can't cook like the SnS kettle in a Weber. The Master Touche has air inlet in P-shape, so you get the small holes (3 in fact) for perfect temp control. There is nothing the SnS do better than the Weber. You say the SnS is quite stable? Watch at @3:00 when you put the side table how the SnS jerks and moves like molasses. The "star" vent on the SnS doesn't close as tightly as the Weber so your temp control is more difficult.
My Webber Silver allows me to put the vent and thermometer wherever I want it. I can also spin the grates, or just as easy, move the meat to the other side without moving the grate. And let's not forget Weber has a ton of accessories for their kettles
Why not a Kamado Joe? people seem to love that one. Also, have you ever tried bintochan? Japanese charcoal. Would love to see an experiment on different charcoals. Does it make a difference? Or also even cooking over hardwoods. Would love to see an experiment of which species of wood taste best on a steak!!
Here's something I don't think you've tried: Fermented Shrimp Paste. Also known as BAGOONG in the Philippines and most southeast asian countries. Commonly found in most asian supermarkets or well stocked asian sections in mainstream american supermarkets (ie not that hard to attain). Perhaps try initially as a compound butter? Or a dry aging method? Or a marinade when putting into sous vide? I'd be interested to see if you're down for trying, Guga.🤔
Mate you gave us a lot over the years. Challenge your team to make something that isn't steak, taste like steak! Forgive me if you done it already and I missed the vid.
I just bought a new Weber and have been looking at the Slow n Sear basket. If I combine the price of them, it comes out awfully close to this, so that price really shouldn't be a negative.
Thank you for doing reviews again. It was one of the few things I missed from your early days on your original channel. I'd love to see reviews of your go to knifes, smoker, and grill accessories. Thanks again!
He is a knife collector!!!
I would love to see him do a video on what are the basic knives someone working with meat like him should have and perhaps work with Dalstrong to make a guga beginners meat kit with the more reasonably priced blades.
I love that youre honest and have the guy who does the grunt work give his own review. It shows respect and integrity.
GUGA!! What a great review of the SNS Kettle! It's always a lot of fun seeing what you are cooking. You will always have legendary status with us over here.
Can we now have a bigger version? I would love to cook a COW on it.
Y’all sold me on this grill. I’m getting it once I get my own place.
@@marcoz2470Bro
It's $379 & on backorder. I have heavy welding gloves I use to pick up my Weber grate to turn it. It's not a big deal. I also installed a thermometer on the vent side of the lid.
I love my SnS, I’ve cooked everything from brisket to ribs pork and beef to Boston but, grilling steaks etc such a versatile grill
Guga, I'm shocked you are not trying to manufacture your own grill. With you vast knowledge, you could make a grill that would literally be one of the best in the business. I would buy it! I would 100% be an investor in a grill you design.

I want to see you review the Yoder YS640. 🤘
Agree 100%, wish it were bigger. I have a 26" Weber Kettle and I find it more useful. The Easy Spin Grate is great!
i have 2 weber i brought off facebook market place for 25.00 each. added 2 sns, total
comes to about 100.00 each. works just as good for 1/2 the price.. total cost about 200 for 2 webber grill with sns.
Add $80 for spin grates and $50 for the side shelf and the thermometer being in the right spot is priceless
Guga should make his own grill 💪🏽
Id love to see you review the opposite end of the spectrum. The biggest and most epic grill ever.
really good starting to love this channel
I bought one of these and gave my Weber Kettle to some friends a couple of years ago. It's so good and simple that I barely use my much more expensive PK360 anymore.

I agree
I love my PK
isn't the pk a little small, how to do do a whole turkey, or brisket
Alright, Guga. You sold me on this grill.
the fat render on that microwave brisket was better than half of the briskets here on UA-cam 😂💀
I'd really like to see your view on the Kamado Joe Egg and what you think about ceramic grills in general. Love the videos
If they put one of these on a cart like the Weber Performer Cart Series then I would be ALL IN!
I have a 26" Weber with the slow n' sear xl and it's honestly perfect for me. The factory grate spins without issue on mine. Randomly found your videos and fell in love with this grill before I knew what it even was.
Guga; how about doing a Pro and Con between a Big Green Egg and a Kamado Joe
I'm waiting on the bigger one...Hurry up SNS!
Dry age steak in mustard and a pork loin in mustard, then grill on this grill
I vote "yes" for the bigger version! It would be awesome to be able to smoke more than 1 brisket at a time.
Just checked, you did it Guga! It's on backorder lol
Please show us how to clean grills properly! I have always issues cleaning my Weber Pulse 2000. The results are awesome (our landlord only allows electric grills). But I cannot clean it totally. Can you recommend any cleaning liquids?

I’ve been looking for a new grill now since my old one rusted and created a hole underneath it. Thanks guga
Waygu walnut meatloaf and gravy!
We are bringing these to the UK for 2024!!
Angel, the ultimate actor in this ad lmao
I can respect a company that just does a few products really well and don't offer a whole slew of stop-gap products for different budgets. They make 2 kettle grills and one kamado, that's it.
its a different kind of grill harem from PitmasterX which have a lot of grill but each of em are different/unique... Guga stay with his favorite one and buy another one the same
Guga your the best!!!
I bought the small version from sns and it’s great. I like sitting in my chair when I grill and it’s portable
Thanks for this review, I just may have to add this kid to my arsenal. Hi Guga. A review of the Weber Go Anywhere would be great!

He just got us to watch a 5 minute ad. Props Guga. Hope you got a fatty check.
Keep going 👍
Grill reviews are now a thing. You invented a genre Guga
Thank you for this. Looks like I math need to add another grill to the yard.
Test a PK . I have a Kamado Joe Big Joe 2 and I love it. We also have camper and it cant go with. I did some looking and found the obscure PK. Does pretty much everything the Kamado does and packs up fast and easy.

Would love to see a review of your pellet smoker.
would love to see a review of the nexgrill offset smoker
I want to see you use your Brazilian BBQ if you still have it.
I learned some new things thank you for that. I've been intrigued by the Weber Summit Kamado S6 and E6. It looks like it could do a lot of things very well, but I have never even seen one at any store. I'd be curious as you cook on your grill almost the same way I do.
Weber is simply the best.
All others are copies. Either overpriced or cheap AF
I have one and this grill rocks !!
Overall this grill seems pretty chill
Why does Angel look like he's in one of those disaster survivor documentaries etc
Guga have you ever considered getting a Kamado style grill
Great video man I’m gonna get that grill

Love the videos!! Review the kudu grill, please
More than a grill, what I really want to see reviews for is smokers
A great video as always. would love to see a review of the Kamado Joe Big Joe III
I love ur content
You should review that tall drum grill that you used in your Texas bbq video you made on your main channel.
Great review I've been looking at sns for a minute what do you think about sns kamado would love to see a review on that one.
Chud's bbq made his Weber into an SNS grill. He popped a thermometer into the side with the vent.

It would be awesome to see you review the SNS Kamado too! Cheers
Review your Camp Chef Smoker. Why is it better then say a Traeger?
Would love to see a comparison of a pellet smoker to a gravity fed charcoal smoker!
Would be great if you could review the Napoleon Pro 22 K-LEG-2
Can you maybe do a best budget grills or something? Like top 5?
Great video. Would like to see you review the Masterbuilt Smoker
Thanks Giga! Can you do a review of the Hasty Bake Legacy Charcoal Grill? Was thinking of getting it.
You should do ur smoker!
When you cook a steak do you use a pan or a grill?
Hey Guga! Loved the vid. What do you think about the big green egg? Where does that stand compared to this?
Why not a Kamado Joe? people seem to love that one. Also, have you ever tried bintochan? Japanese charcoal. Would love to see an experiment on different charcoals. Does it make a difference? I’m Waiting for them to come in stock so I can grab one
Guga get a Twitter you will blow bigger than you already are
Here's something I don't think you've tried:
Fermented Shrimp Paste.
Also known as BAGOONG in the Philippines and most southeast asian countries.

I like the Idea! Surf n Turf all in one! What's the best shrimp paste to look for?
@@midgarmonkey1908 kamayan brand. The “sweet” version…it’s still quite salty to me but does what I need it
huh, i was expecting it to be more expensive
Good video. SNS Kettle is superior to the "22" Weber Kettle"
. And yes, I've owned both.
Mate you gave us a lot over the years. Challenge your team to make something that isn't steak, taste like steak! Forgive me if you done it already and I missed the vid.
Guga! Are you excited for the new hybrid camp chef grill?
please do review of your smoker
I just bought a new Weber and have been looking at the Slow n Sear basket. If I combine the price of them, it comes out awfully close to this, so that price really shouldn't be a negative.
I have a pit Boss 1100 pro and a large green egg. now I need a third grill. I love you can rotate the grate to the cold side
