I’m currently battling laziness and quitting things some call it “procrastinating” it’s actually called quitting even if it’s temporarily. Whenever I battle it it’s usually because I forget my
PURPOSE/WHY/FOUNDATION/OBSESSION
for me it’s Jesus. Keeep reminding myself it’s Jesus. Hope the answer to your

The proverb you read (a little sleep, a little slumber...) literally gets me out of bed whenever I'm feeling lazy. Hm! It's like it haunts me😅but, a testament of the fact that scripture is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness.

Wanna commend you on living your life out loud for the Lord. Social media is a whole other beast when it comes to Christianity but yet you are still pushing through and being obedient to what God has called you to do and your personal convictions. So, thank you for that love!
Some of the things I loved from the video in particular was writing down the scriptures so you can meditate on them! I highlight mine in both my Bible and Bible app but writing them down I think will be a huge game changer for helping meditate on them. I loved the motivation to work out again and seeing you bust a sweat in the comfort of your home leaves no room for me to make excuses anymore. Laziness has been keeping me down too so I appreciate the tips ❤️ I also love how you engage in family group, and the fact that people from your online ministry of living out loud for Jesus has brought others in, is proof that God is working in and through you beautiful. Don’t stop 😘

I know that when we are being lazy it is 💯 a spiritual matter, because at the end of the day is not how much we accomplish, but if we actually do what the Lord commands us to do, and reveals our heart through doing so, by searching to do these things through the revelation and power of his Holy Spirit.
Always run to Jesus there is something in your heart that needs to be taken to Christ
If we try to in our own strength, I say this with the outmost love in Christ we will fail everytime and feel empty again.
Because I know, external evidence is just an expression of a heart condition, take it to the 👑 King.
And he will reveal where this sluggishness comes from it is a heart condition.❤️

It is good for us to have a ministry or start evangelizing. It makes us responsible christians. Sometimes we’re feeling lazy or demoralized because life. But we know that we still have to find strength in the weakness because we have to be at our ministry or we have a soul waiting for us to give them a Bible study. I’m talking from experience. I have three toddlers who squeeze the life supply out of me. And i have learned that if i don’t sign up to serve the Lord, spiritual n physical laziness will defeat me.
I have been reading proverbs every morning according to the date as there are 31 chapters and it has helped me immensely in my business, finance etc. Words of wisdom for everyday life.

I Slowing been working out with steel weights, while listening God word or worship, since June 14th will turn 55 God willing, it has 27 -30 years serving and following Jesus Christ, All Honor and Glory to God ....
So much fun! I miss the fellowship. Church is still going on here in the northeast but get togethers are far and few between 😞. Its so great you get the op to invite others through your platform!

Hey can you give tips to start eating healthier and working out?
I understand you about the whole ego or vanity thing. I train mostly to keep my body strong because I don't like the feeling of my body being flaccid. But at times I do catch myself looking in the mirror more than I should haha i hate taking selfies for the same reason, that i have to take a whole bunch of selfies just to pick 1 or 2 shots that look ok.. i end up erasing all the rest. But I do have goals to accomplish, I just want abs, the rest of my body is good except my love handles

25 All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize. 26 So I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing. 27 I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified.

UA-cam wont let me put in the link but I highly recommend the Child Training Bible and Virtue Training Bible. It's not actually a child Bible but a way of marking up your own Bible so the scriptures are easy to turn to whenever you are struggling or when you just want to dwell on a subject. google "child training bible" and you will find it... has tabs you attach to pages of your Bible. (two different trainings - Child and Virtue - but you can put both into one Bible.)
Hi vivian! I just want to say when you and your family group were watching the preaching. A thought came to my mind that y'all are modern disciples. Because the 12 disciples prolly looked like that when they were listening to Jesus's teachings. Thats exactly how they bonded (minus the tv) during biblical times
