    You might have heard about the fact that the most successful people are up way before the rest of the world. What can we learn from them? Finally get the stuff done that is important to you and develop your own morning routine. Be mindful with your time and do the things you love when you have the most energy - in the morning. In this video we show you why and how. Not surprising that it is before 6am as we post this video :)

    I just saw this 2 mornings ago. I made a morning routine AND an afternoon routine immediately. I am disabled and always home. I've made my morning routine similar to what you showed. I had the best day I've had in decades. I'm up early now, doing it again. Life changing...

    One of the nice things about being older is that I don't sleep as much as I did when I was young. I wake up around 5:00 am without an alarm. I get up in the dark, have water, go to the bathroom, feed the cat, do some light stretching and go for a run. By the time I'm back, the rest of the house is waking up so I make coffee and breakfast for my wife and kids. Then I make lunches for people who will be out of the house all day. I take people to work and school then come home. Get the kids who are home started on their work and do yoga. I fast in the morning so just coffee for me. Routines are really useful, but it's easy for me to become obsessive about them. The routine becomes more important than things I was trying to use the routine to accomplish. So I don't follow my routine on the weekends. This gives me time to lounge in bed with my wife and be more flexible with my time. I still struggle with fitting in time for exercise and meditation on the weekend without the structure of a routine. I think it's healthier for me though since I can too easily get obsessed with the structure instead of the goal.

    I didn't understand when it happened, but I created my morning routine not thinking about it. No snoozes, 5:45AM, water, teeth, reading, training, breakfast.

    not so easy with kids who get up early but I make sure I have a good evening routine as this helps x

    Good advice! I'd like to hear more details - what do you eat for breakfast, and when do you have breakfast - after the shower? How long do you spend on yoga, and how long on meditation? How long with pranayama? "Sunrise" is different all the time - do you wake up literally with the sun (i.e., 5 a.m. in summer, 8 a.m. in winter, at my latitude), or do you find a median point to get up during all seasons? What kind of meditation practice do you do?

    This was a really good video. I am not an early morning person (I wish I was). I am however a believer in investing in yourself with your yoga practice and/or workout in the morning as opposed to later in the day. I am a new subscriber to your channel and I really like it.     I wonder if it's much easier if you are both in it together instead of by your self/single!
    You inspire and encourage each other, one supports the other when they fall back to their habitual behavior.

      we did all of this already ten years prior before meeting. your partner does not make you complete but you need to bring the full package already to the table. don't make your partner situation another excuse why you cannot do X or achieve Y.

    Bro i wake up at 5: 00 clock and doing yoga after that i go to sleep for 4 hour so its ohk or not

      Great job getting up early. 4h of sleep sounds very little. Nowadays we recommend at least 7.5h. But if you feel this works for you then keep it going.
