One of the first videos I’ve watched so far that has spoken about hot flashes! I never experienced hot flashes until last month…but I wasn’t pregnant. I’ve been experiencing it at night for nearly a week this month (a bit more intensely than last month). I’m suppose to get my period in a little over a week so we shall see! I can’t help but overanalyze every small change I feel in body lately since I’ve been TTC lol.
Oh my gosh, it was crazy how warm I would get!!! In the middle of winter 😅 That was a big sign for me! Crossing my fingers for you!!! 💓

I just got off birth control a few weeks ago (iud removed) and thought we would start trying in a couple months, and I’ll track my period naturally until then. I don’t know if im having these symptoms because I’ve been on birth control the last 5 years and my body is readjusting, or I’m already pregnant. My breasts randomly hurt, my back is killing me, I had cramps on my left lower abdomen last week. But what really makes me think I’m pregnant is having a dream that my sister and I were hanging out and talking and she just says “you’re pregnant!” And I got all nervous and giggly like i knew it was true. Since then is when all those symptoms started!

Ok it’s possible to conceive the first time.. bcuz ppl look at me crazy when I tell them what I’m feeling.
You can conceive anytime just higher chance during ovulation.

A month ago- I had a dream I was pregnant on a test. I have symptoms but still negative tests.

It's not uncommon to get pregnant the first month TTC. Women just need the knowledge of sex ed and be in tune with their bodies. Long as you have a regular cycle it is fairly easy to fall pregnant if you have sex ed and know your body. No app should be used to keep track of your cycle it should be the old foshion calander method. I made a promise to myself to teach my daughter(s) sex ed and teach them how to be in tune with their bodies and keep track of their periods with a regular calendar l I ke myself! Congratulations on the pregnancy hope all is well! I am currently pregnant with my 3rd child 😀
Apps help as well. There extremely helpful & recommended. Everyone has their own views of things
Why not use the app if you have it.
The apps are a calendar…and way easier to track symptoms and tells you what cycle day you’re on. Absolutely no reason to do all that by hand when you can simply click buttons to input data. Plus it will put it all in nice graphs for the doctor.

This is how statistics work, it's not because you're better or worse, provided you're both perfectly fertile..
There's about a 15% chance of getting pregnant per cycle if there are no fertility issues and you're healthy. If it works for you the first try, it just meant that you fell into that 15%. If it didn't work, then you fell into the 85% bracket....
IF you are both perfectly fertile and healthy, and there is a 95% chance of pregnancy within a year, you could end up not being pregnant until say 13-15 months, because you fell into the 5%....
