Why the hell can't they build these things for people who aren't students? I'm 24, work in the city and still live with my parents because I don't quite fancy sharing some random house or paying £1200+ a month for sub-standard accommodation. That's a 60% chunk of your take-home pay on the average salary BEFORE bills/tax/living costs.
Omg I love this room tour so much😻 for a student accommodation the room is so modern and spacious! Even if I wasn’t a student I’d love to stay here and it’s crazy as my sister is currently finishing a degree in Biomedical sciences at KCL and her student accommodation was a small, cramped, yellow-walled room which she still had to pay a large price for😂😭x
hehe, I know I was very impressed! they did a really good job making it student friendly! oh gosh ahaha my undergrad halls were the same! I think its because this is postgraduate so they make it more ''grown up' hehe x
Unlike before getting a home in Los Angeles was difficult, with Burbank many clients now smile, because Burbank offer a discount on every home you buy, with $60000-180000 you can now get a home in Los Angeles with little or no agent fee nor charges, to those who can afford it.
hey. I am plannin to move in there in October. Was a little confused about it as its little pricy but after watching it i feel more confident. Thankyou. Hope to see you there :)
umm I am not Rajiv. I am his friend Sweekrity. I used his account to comment.. oopsi.. I also wanted to know that can you really share ur room wid a partner. The website says only premium rooms can be shared. Yours is a standard room right? So if we share it with a partner we share the rent too? No extra charges?
Hi lovely! I'm glad the video made you feel more at ease! sadly I won't be there in october but I'm sure you're going to love it! Also sadly not, with a standard room you can't share it! only premium rooms can be shared. With a standard room, they won't give you two keys and won't allow 2 people living there, but you can have guests who visit :)
Hiee.. its sad that I wont see you there. Was really looking forward to that. N is your room standard or premium? And in premium we can share the rent right. No extra cost on sharing right?
It's great there's a double bed for a student room. I probably wouldn't use the small armchair. Would be cool to have a longer seating area if anything. But it's probably good to have the chair for visitors.
I know right! and to be honest I only ever use the armchair when I drag it to my desk when my deskchair gets uncomfortable haha, but yes it's definitely good for guests! ...or to hang your clothes on hahah
Hello! May I ask where did you store your luggages/suitcases? I'm planning to put them in the wardrobe... But maybe it's not that spacious to do so. Is it possible to put them under the bed? Thanks.
Hi, How is block C? is it easy to get to the common room from there? on the map of griffon studios it looks isolated. Is it close to the other blocks? how is the noise outside when the window is open? sorry for the many questions.
hi :) block C is great, its very close to the common room don't worry, like 30 seconds haha, and the fact that it is at the back of the building site means it is very peaceful and quite compared to the main block! it can sometimes be noisy but generally its not too bad!
Hii .. m gonna book an accomodation woth either griffin's or Woodlane .. pls tell me which one is yours and how do u compare the two... I am going to be a postgrad at Imperial for oct 2019 intake ... Plz help
This is more spacious (with more storage) than my 'adult' studio flat! It's just a big room with no furniture, I have bought a bed I will be buying a soda and it gets furnishings later.
oh wow no way! and yes honestly, the storage is one of the best things about it! yey for being a student for one more year before I have to move out haha
That would be as well, definitely need to take a break for s diet coke before anything else. And no i am not bei,g sarcastic, i do not have a couch either.
I think its like a metre by something...sorry that is super not useful information haha, and I think I got it from a supermarket like asda home or something?... I'm really not sure, but I think argos has similar ones! :)
Nice place. Anymore details about the bluish blanket on your bed from TK Maxx (such as make, model, item number)? It's difficult to identify on their site. With winter in the States, it would make a nice gift this Holiday. Thanks. Best wishes with your studies!
Hi! I will be staying in woodlane gradpad next year.. I just want to ask a simple question. Is there any weekly or monthly room routine checkup? Something like people just knocks your door and ask you to open the door? Or even enter when you are absent without your permission? Because I want to keep a cat which is apparently not allowed... I can assure the cat will be staying in my room all the time I just somehow have mild depression and really think a pet can help me through postgraduate. thx for replying.
hello lovely, sorry for the late reply! there are no checks per sé but you do have people regularly checking your shower facilities and de-scaling your bathroom
I really like how you decorated and personalized the place . Even the evening video clips with the fairy lights look cozy , artsy , and wonderful . Best of luck with school . ~Lauren 😊✨
I'm sorry about all the comments!! But I was wondering, would the timing work out if I started looking into rooms there now? I'm going to Goldsmiths as a post-grad in September and their University Accomodation studios are actually a lot more expensive than this. Are the building locations accessible to New Cross? I will ask the company of course as well, but thought I'd try you! Thank you!!
hey lovely, and no it's not too late and it's good to get everything sorted ASAP so you don't have to worry about it. And yes I've just checked and you can get to new cross in ~40 minutes! The good part is that the train station is literally a 2 minute walk, the bad part is that 40 mins (on a good day) might be too far you. If don't mind that though then go for it! on a good say it takes me ~25-30 minutes door to door to get to London Bridge station, but sometimes when it is busy it can take me over 40 mins...but that's just london for you! I hope this helps :)
I’m from Pakistan & wanted to come to uk for Ms or MPhil film making... & I love white, I have alchemist too... do they install debit toilet spray if u need?
Coming from the US for grad school and applying Griffon studios! This isn't a make or break of course, but I'm seeing the studios listed online have a yucky lime green accent color :( How did you get around that? Do they allow you to paint? Thanks!
hey! there are 3 blocks, block A is lime green, B (I think) is purple, and C is blue! you can ask if you can get placed in B or C and they are usually quite accommodating of your request :)
Hi, would you be so kind to say which of the studios is this? I checked on kings accommodation site, however Gradpad isn't among the list. I'm looking into possibly getting one for myself
"The Alchemist" is my favorite book. The hardcover version I purchased in London is sitting on my night table as part decoration / inspiration next to my bed here in New York. :)
Well, well, well, the window doors cannot be opened fully and this means you can't get a good amount of fresh air. You just fry a couple of eggs in that kitchen and you'll get their stinky smell hanging in the air for 3 days.
Hi Atousa I'm planning to finish my studies at kings college but I would love some advice of where I can find a student accommodation as a undergraduate student.
Hi :) firstly I would say contact the university and ask what accommodations they have on offer because they usually have places for undergraduates, then I would say the easiest option is to search for accommodation options in google, then have a look at the reviews from other students and see what they say! the only other place I know personally for undergrad is unite students .com, so maybe have a look at that :)
Hello!! I really enjoyed and found very useful your Griffon Studio Apartment Tour!! I am moving into Griffon GradPad studios by the end of September and I wanted to ask you recommendations on what things (quilt, blankets etc) should I buy and from which shops.
Hiii! :) aw I'm glad you did! I think you will really enjoy it! There is a big Asda supermarket about 10-15 minutes away (walking) from the accomodation, and they do affordable home stuff, so if you don't want to travel far, you can always go there and pick up all of your essentials! :) there is also a TKmax and a lots of shops close by, and they will also be good! best of luck! :)
Dear do you live in Griffon? And your room is in Ground Floor????? I am consideering a silver or a bronze one because I am afraid that living in the ground floor may be kind of noisy. I guess a railway station is nearby????
I do, but I am on the 2nd floor! if you go for the bronze there is a part where you can make special requests and I asked to be on the second floor! but the way the building is structured, you don't get a lot of people walking past your room anyway so ground floor would be fine :) also, this place is reaaaallly sound proof! you do hear the train sometimes, but its mostly if your window is open, and it's not too bad! but if you want somewhere really quite, ask for block C (where I am) because it is more quite than blocks A and B! Ihope this helped! :)
you're more than welcome! and all of the rooms are identical, the different blocks are just different buildings :) and if you go on the gradpad website they should have the full photos and things there!
Thank you for the fantastic room tour. It's so hard to find information about postgraduate accomodation online especially studios so this is much appreciated! I was wondering why you decided Gradpad over uni accomodation? I'll be starting at UCL this September and making the right accomodation choice is proving harder than I thought.
aw it's quite alright lovely, and I know what you mean! I had the same issues myself! I personally chose gradpad because the location is very good for guy's campus (london bridge) where I am mostly based, and although it is a bit more on the pricey side, I wanted to stay in a safe and social environment before deciding which part of london to move to next (if I decided to stay here!) Also, generally the quality of accommodation here is very high and there is 24 hour security/reception which are again both pluses!
Thanks for your reply! The quality of accomodation does seem quite good and though it's slightly pricey, the value for money aspect is definitely there. I'm seriously considering them now especially since most other student accomodation seems quite depressing and overpriced! Thanks again for your informative video :)
No this accommodation is very calm and quite :) the organisers offer parties 2-3 times a year but it's in the ground floor main building and shouldn't affect noise levels in your room
Hey :) and you are welcome! I don't think it matters too much, you can check on the website to see when booking opens, but other than that it is up to you! I booked mine a month or something before moving to london!
I may have missed it, what Gradpad location was this in? I’m considering both of the locations for the Fall of this year but you made this one seem awesome. Thank you!
Nice Video! I will be studying at UCL, which studio should I opt for or any other accommodation you may advice. Further, approximate living costs per month in London.(assuming you are living in studio around 240)
oh that's awesome! are you going to be postgrad or undergrad? and the only other main cost is travel if you live outside of zone one and need to commute everyday! but you can get a student oyster :)
I love your video, so informative. What is your opinion about the safety of surrounding areas, like is it safe enough to walk from the station to the building at night? Also is it hot in your room in the summer?
I'm glad you find it informative lovely :) personally I haven't had an issue myself so far, but as with any big city it is always important to be careful and aware at all times! The walk from the station itself is about 60 seconds so you shouldn't worry! and sadly yes! oh my god it does get hot! so you may have to consider investing in a fan haha
How do you get to class? I will be attending LSE and I'm not sure what to pay for transport from Griffon Studios to campus. Thank you for the lovely video btw!
I get an overground from clapham junciton to waterloo, and then tube (jubilee) from there! :) Griffon is great because it's so central so travel is pretty easy! and you are more than welcome lovely :)
Atousa Oh my god that would be lovely!! thank you because most websites with agents they ask for such high price for 'Letting fee' 🤦🏻♀️ like asking for + £100
Hi, I’m looking to move to Surrey for my post grad work which I think counts as the fingers of London and was wondering how much you paid a month for this place. Cheers.
Hello! Surrey can be much cheaper than central london, which is a good thing! Where I lived there was zone 2 and it was 229 pounds a week - but it was student accommodation and bills were included, so prices for flats and non-student studios may vary :)
Hi! I am going to move soon in an identical studio (same floor, same area at Gradpad🙈). Thanks a loooot for this video, it really helped me as an international student! Could you please paste in a reply the link with the video about the little kitchen? I couldn’t find it.:( Thanks in advance!:)
I'm glad it has been useful for you and good luck with the move!! I don't think I have that video uploaded anymore unfortunately ): but if you go on the gradpad website, it has pictures of the kitchen area - there may even be a little clip in that video showing what it's like briefly
I can't help wondering after watching a few of these videos why people don't buy bed settees? That way you would benefit from a decent size sofa and not have to look at your bed in the room all the time
What website did you use to find your studio? And if you do not mind, how much are you paying per month? I am thinking of moving to London and I am seeing crazy prices like £1600 for a studio flat.
I went on their official website, so try searching for gradpad if you're a postgrad student, this place is around £900 a month but it is just for students! I know what you mean about super expensive studio flats, you will be able to get cheaper ones but they might have to be further out from central london, but don't worry because lots of people commute here and there are always buses and trains and tubes etc! also, the website I am using to look for a flat after I move out of here is right move :)
I don’t know if you’re still looking but the lower end of studio pricing has dropped. The apartments are a bit icky (really small and basic, and really basic deco). But if that’s all one can afford on the budget then that’s what needs to be settled for. Flatshares are a decent-ish alternative, especially if you have friends willing to pair up with. London’s market is objectively nuts. Just the reality of life
It's disgusting what they charge students today in rent and fees. My one bedroom flat with a garden is less than half this price and that is twice what I paid for same 10 years ago. I do live in Lancashire tho but in a very nice Victorian seaside town. Have to agree that this is a good design.
Hey I really enjoyed this video! I had been looking for Griffon Studios GradPad reviews and came across yours. I'm moving to London for uni in fall 2017 and am trying to weigh out the pros and cons of living in student accommodation vs getting an apartment. Did you look into apartments before you settled with Gradpad? Your studio is quite cute. I really like it. The price I notice is more or less the same with 1bed apartments. And I read that if you desire to have a tv you have to buy a tv license first.
Hello lovely! I personally didn't because I was new to london, so I didn't want to deal with the stress of looking for apartments in areas I didn't know well! now that I know london a bit better, I feel more confident about getting an apartment for next year! and yes you do need to get a TV licence, but I don't think they cost too much so it shouldn't be a problem :) best of luck with everything!
Hi Atousa! Such a great video!!! I am actually trying to find a studio in Griffon to move in as soon as possible. Do you know where I can get in touch with people looking for a replacement? I hope I can find something soon, this place looks really nice :) thank you for your help
hello lovely :) oh I see! I would say the best thing to do is to ring Grad Pad from their website and explain your situation, they will know what is best! and good luck!!
wow amazing video, i am currently in my final year of undergraduate biomedical science degree, i was wondering if you could share your views on choosing a postgraduate course, also what uni are you studying at and which postgraduate course have you decided to study thanks.
Hello! This is Griffon, and yes! there are actually lots of places around here, it's like a 5-10 minute walk, and it's very lively with lots of shops and places to eat! :)
+atousa wow thanks for the reply ! would you be interested to show a tour of the nearby places? would be really interesting to see! Have a wonderful week 😊
I’m a postgraduate student ready for going to London this September. I’m considering Gradpad studio. Your video helps a lot! I’m wondering what kind of studio are you in? Are you in Standard studio or Premium?
Hey Atousa, did you find GradPad to be a very social environment where you made a lot of friends, or did you find it a bit isolating being in your studio? (Great video by the way!)
It can be a social place if you choose to spend time in the social areas - personally I was mostly out or working so I stayed in my room a lot, but I was happy and didn't feel isolated at all! :)
Window doors that cannot be opened fully for security reasons? What a lot of twaddle! Many British have still got to grasp the meaning and purpose of windows even though they were first built 3000 years ago.
I totally feel your pain!!!
Studio apartments and efficiencies.
There are, LHA is a great one in London and its relatively Cheap. Have a search for young professional accommodation in your city 😊
@@siobhanveronica7533 Some of us aren't entitled to benefits.
I love that you say it's 'spacious'. Seen a lot of house tours where people say 800 sq ft is cramped and small, I'm like that's so big!
That’s a great apartment. These should be the standard for studios whether student or not. Very nice.
I Love your apartment Atousa.... especially the bed light and your painting 💕
hehe thank you!
Ahh your room is decorated so cute!! Really nice that it has a gym too. Love the art you have next to your kitchen!💖
Omg I love this room tour so much😻 for a student accommodation the room is so modern and spacious! the apartment is amazing and so modern, thanks for the tour!! i can't get over how adorable ur voice is im crying
hehehe
You seem like such a nice, generous person, it's makes me so happy
you are such a sweetie
I love everything about your room ❤ and it looks cozy 😍
Great space and you made it efficient and enchanting. Very much enjoying seeing your experience in London. I miss it there! 🌹
Aw I'm glad you enjoyed it, I have moved out and I miss it in that studio too! I hope you're time here was just was wonderful!

Did you have any friends in college stay at other locations around Imperial? This is so helpful!
It's great there's a double bed for a student room. I probably wouldn't use the small armchair. Would be cool to have a longer seating area if anything. But it's probably good to have the chair for visitors.
Or get a wee foot rest when sitting in the armchair :)
I know right! and to be honest I only ever use the armchair when I drag it to my desk when my deskchair gets uncomfortable haha, but yes it's definitely good for guests! ...or to hang your clothes on hahah
What a lovely flat! Love how tidy and organised you are.
I can't see a functional air conditioning around the room. As you said it gets warmer due to glass and your window how do you deal with heat?
I purchased an inexpensive fan :)
Do you have a fridge?
Hello! May I ask where did you store your luggages/suitcases? I'm planning to put them in the wardrobe... But maybe it's not that spacious to do so. Is it possible to put them under the bed? Thanks.
Yes under the bed is empty so you can put your luggage there :)
You should move the flowers before you sleep ,because they take air out for their selves .your flat is loverly .
Yes someone else told me this too! I did end up moving them hehe :)
Hi, How is block C? is it easy to get to the common room from there? on the map of griffon studios it looks isolated. Is it close to the other blocks? how is the noise outside when the window is open? sorry for the many questions.

were there any events set up by gradpad so residents can get to know eachother?
Hii .. m gonna book an accomodation woth either griffin's or Woodlane .. pls tell me which one is yours and how do u compare the two... I am going to be a postgrad at Imperial for oct 2019 intake ... Plz help
Omg your amazing, clever, inspirational and vegan!! My new fave person to watch on youtube
Whoa I didn't know about grad pad!! Looking into it for my housing this September - thank you for this!!
You're more than welcome lovely! and I personally really like it here!
This is more spacious (with more storage) than my 'adult' studio flat! It's just a big room with no furniture, I have bought a bed I will be buying a soda and it gets furnishings later.
oh wow no way! and yes honestly, the storage is one of the best things about it! yey for being a student for one more year before I have to move out haha
beadydani a soda?
That would be as well, definitely need to take a break for s diet coke before anything else. And no i am not bei,g sarcastic, i do not have a couch either.
Omg my typos are ridiculous
what is the measurement of your little rug and where did you get it from , it looks so perfect
I think its like a metre by something...sorry that is super not useful information haha, and I think I got it from a supermarket like asda home or something?... I'm really not sure, but I think argos has similar ones! :)
I have read the book 📗
I want to rent a student room this summer... any advice?
I love The alchemist! there are lots of messages in it 🙂
need to go through the kitchen in detail and all the cardboard and closet too.
What's the difference between studio and flat house and which one is better plz?
One Love studio is just a flat containing 1 main room... a flat is just an apartment unit and a house is just, well a house...
Nice place. Anymore details about the bluish blanket on your bed from TK Maxx (such as make, model, item number)? It's difficult to identify on their site. With winter in the States, it would make a nice gift this Holiday. Thanks. Best wishes with your studies!
so I just checked the tag and it says 'VELVETLOFT' and on the back of the label BERKSHIRE BLANKET haha, I hope this helps! :)
Thank you and best wishes this Winter season! Again, nice, simple place!
Hi! I will be staying in woodlane gradpad next year.. I just want to ask a simple question. Is there any weekly or monthly room routine checkup? hello lovely, sorry for the late reply! there are no checks per sé but you do have people regularly checking your shower facilities and de-scaling your bathroom
How do you possibly fit your clothes into that tiny closet?
That apartment is soooooo beautiful.
I'm a small person with small clothes hahaha
I really like how you decorated and personalized the place . Even the evening video clips with the fairy lights look cozy , artsy , and wonderful . Best of luck with school . ~Lauren 😊✨
aw thank you Lauren! yeah I love my little space haha, and thanks a lot! I honestly need it haha

Good luck with your studies :) I'm not sure about that, but you can contact them and ask directly
any studio apartments recommended FOR PROFESSIONALS in london/manchester
Hi..!!
I had i question which category of room is this? My gf is also getting a accomodation in gradpad and she liked this room.
hello! this is just the bronze room in block C on the second floor! and it is lovely here, I hope your gf likes it as much as I do :)
Thank you so much.. ☺☺ she is also getting the same room, in September..
btw, i like your videos very much.. ☺

aww it's amazing isn't it!! haha oh snap! hello to new york! and yeah I just love having it on display where I can see it! :)
Very nice! Keep pressing on.Education is so important.
Planning to move to Griffon Studio for next year. Can I ask you is it smelly if I cook in the studio?
aw nice! and it's not too bad, there is an extractor fan and you can always leave your window open when you cook :)
Well, well, well, the window doors cannot be opened fully and this means you can't get a good amount of fresh air.
You just fry a couple of eggs in that kitchen and you'll get their stinky smell hanging in the air for 3 days.
Jinghe Wang of course you can not cook in those tiny studios!
thanks for the nice video :) could you maybe tell if there are any problems with the internet? i have read some very bad reviews about that...
you're more than welcome lovely! :) and actually no! the internet here is fantastic! which is great for me since I keep uploading youtube videos haha
I'm considering moving to london for a post grad pgce - this info really helps...the price actually seems very good.
Oh that's awesome! I'm glad this helps :) and I think considering you get gym etc. and bills are included it really is!

you're more than welcome! and all of the rooms are identical, the different blocks are just different buildings :) and if you go on the gradpad website they should have the full photos and things there!
You have the same voice than Jenny Mustard :o! Thanks for the tour :)!
I need to google who that is hehe, but you are more than welcome! :)
Had you got many parties in students accomkdation? Did it disturb your learning?
No this accommodation is very calm and quite :) the organisers offer parties 2-3 times a year but it's in the ground floor main building and shouldn't affect noise levels in your room
Hi. Thanks for the tour. How long before we plan to arrive in London do we need to book our room at GradPad? Thank you.
Hey :) and you are welcome! I don't think it matters too much, you can check on the website to see when booking opens, but other than that it is up to you! I booked mine a month or something before moving to london!
Are you able to have visitors overnight?
I read The Alchemist when I was in High School, excellent book! I totally recommend it!
Aw! it's such an amazing book! I absolutely love it :)
I may have missed it, what Gradpad location was this in? I’m considering both of the locations for the Fall of this year but you made this one seem awesome. Thank you!
it looks amazing:D is it 20m2? i'm going to france with erasmus exchange and i'm gonna get 20m2 room so i wonder of it's as big as yours
Yours will be bigger! lucky you haha, I hope you have an amazing time in France :D
So sorry if (that) this is a redundant question. Which Uni do you go to?
I went to uni at King's College London :) I've finished now
Nice Video! I will be studying at UCL, which studio should I opt for or any other accommodation you may advice. Further, approximate living costs per month in London.(assuming you are living in studio around 240)
oh that's awesome! are you going to be postgrad or undergrad? and the only other main cost is travel if you live outside of zone one and need to commute everyday! but you can get a student oyster :)
atousa i will be a postgrad and travelling will take a considerable amount of time. That's the only worry or I should opt for zone 1 location.
I have a question of How you found your flat and which website or agent you have contacted to find it and how much you paid ☺️
This one I just found on the gradpad website, but I will make a full video all about how to find flats in london :)
Atousa Oh my god that would be lovely!! thank you because most websites with agents they ask for such high price for 'Letting fee' 🤦🏻♀️ like asking for + £100
Atousa Plus it's perfect timing to make such videos as lot of students at the moment are checking places where to stay for September
You are just so awesome and your room is so decorated
Hi, I’m looking to move to Surrey for my post grad work which I think counts as the fingers of London and was wondering how much you paid a month for this place. Cheers.
Hello! Surrey can be much cheaper than central london, which is a good thing! Where I lived there was zone 2 and it was 229 pounds a week - but it was student accommodation and bills were included, so prices for flats and non-student studios may vary :)
Hello! This is a very spacious studio. So well-decorated. Could you please mention the monthly cost (rent) for a post-graduate student?
I'm glad you think so lovely :) and I pay around £920 a month
atousa 😱😱😱
The place is really great. How much does it cost ?
It was around £800 or so a month I believe :)
Hi and thanks for the response!
I wanted to know how spacious the cupboards are, more exactly.😃
can u share your apartment floor plan for the study purpose...........plz........its really amazing
Enjoyed the little apartment tour! You've pretty dark eyes and a great smile! :-)
่just agree that the alchemist is so good, thanks for the review!
yes! I absolutely love that book!
Omg, you sound just like Jenny Mustard.
I had to google who she was haha, I'm glad you liked it though! :)
I was thinking the exact same thing!
LiefsMarjolein91 me too!
Thank you for this video it has been very informative
Hi Atousa, is this Griffon or Wood Lane?
This is Griffin :)
Am planning to come to London... I would love to get one of such... If someone can tell me how I'll appreciate
What's the location of this room ??
This room is so beautiful! I wish I have one :D
Can you show us the gym?
You are lucky to get a studio this big! is it central like Elephant area? or East?
How many square feet is the flat?
19 I believe :)
What is the size of your bed?
I think it is a queens size :)
Hi Atousa! Such a great video!!!
I am actually trying to find a studio in Griffon to move in as soon as possible. Do you know where I can get in touch with people looking for a replacement?
I hope I can find something soon, this place looks really nice :) thank you for your help
hello lovely :) oh I see! I would say the best thing to do is to ring Grad Pad from their website and explain your situation, they will know what is best! and good luck!!
where is the refrigerator
one of the kitchen cupboards is actually a secret fridge haha
was wondering the same thing, but it looked like the fridge is the cupboard on the left @5:53
wow amazing video, i am currently in my final year of undergraduate biomedical science degree, i was wondering if you could share your views on choosing a postgraduate course, also what uni are you studying at and which postgraduate course have you decided to study thanks.
just read the description. never mind about university
yes absolutely! I am working on a bunch of videos on this theme so hopefully I will post a video on this some time in January! :)
What college? What apt? Nice apt!! Thanks for showing!!
Hi is this Griffon studios or Wood Lane Studios. Are there eating/shopping places nearby? Thanks for the video :)
Ooo yeah that's a great idea actually! I will add it to my list of videos to make haha
ur hair color is cool can u plz tell the which color or no thankyou
aw thank you lovely, and I honestly don't know the colour! my natural hair is a dark brown, but I think I put medium brown over it!
Cost plz?
Literally didn’t see your name at the beginning. But instantly knew you were Persian 😂👏🏼
hahaha wow! most people don't guess haha
Which uni is this? Post grad only?
I'm at King's but these halls are for postgrad students from any uni in London :)
atousa but how much do you have to pay? thank you I love your channel ❤
I’m a postgraduate student ready for going to London this September. I’m considering Gradpad studio. Your video helps a lot! I’m wondering what kind of studio are you in? Are you in Standard studio or Premium?
Aw that's amazing :) and I was in a standard studio on the second floor! Block C
Can u get guests in ur room?
Hey Atousa, did you find GradPad to be a very social environment where you made a lot of friends, or did you find it a bit isolating being in your studio? (Great video by the way!)
It can be a social place if you choose to spend time in the social areas - personally I was mostly out or working so I stayed in my room a lot, but I was happy and didn't feel isolated at all! :)
Thanks for the reply :)
Great Studio ! I wanted to ask you the price of rent that studios like this one may cost per month.
Thank you in advance.
we paid by week and it was 230 with bills included :)
Thank you !
Window doors that cannot be opened fully for security reasons? What a lot of twaddle!
Many British have still got to grasp the meaning and purpose of windows even though they were first built 3000 years ago.
I think some of the students had found a way to fully open them haha...not sure how though! I'm always freezing so I didn't mind
Where's the fridge?
it's under the kitchen counter tops! it is well hidden!
