UBE FLAVORED KUTSINTA | Pang Negosyo Recipe

Kutsinta is a famous Filipino Kakanin made by combining tapioca flour, all purpose flour, sugar, lye water, and usually colored with annatto extract to create a batter... but this recipe is using an Ube or purple yam flavoring. The batter is then steamed until cooked and set. Best served with freshly grated coconut.
