If you put negative downforce (i think it's the cl value), the car should fly because it's becomes lift

Most road cars do produce negative downforce AKA lift, actually. But the lift coefficient usually is so low you'd have to go beyond the speed of sound to overcompensate the weight pulling you down. F1 cars however produce so much downforce that they could drive on the ceiling at about 150 mph, or so they say. So if you put a minus sign in front of the downforce coefficient, that would be the take-off speed.
