I get helping DB’s when running ones but certain routes allow time for a double move. DB’s have to do a better job of chopping their feet instead of planting when a WR is making their move. A lot of DB’s get flat footed and wide at the snap giving the WR key indicators on what move to make. But I get what you mean in terms of 1v1’s
