What a genuine friendly guy Rob Cross is, not only is he a credit to the Premier League but to darts in general
Seems like a top lad. Gave me weird vibes for ages when I saw him first, can someone please tell me why? 😂
The way he throws is unconventional maybe?
@@lukesimpson3080 100% his throw hahaha i love him though
It's the mouth wobble when he throws. 😅 Lovely bloke though. Not the weirdest in the oche though ☺️
interpreter please
From the press
Ive noticed a distict cooling of the early happy exchanges between the estblished pros and Littler.
Im thinking jealousy may be the reason simply cos of Robs closing comments regarding Humphries being overlooked cos of Littler.
So if Rob thinks Humphries is being overlooked-the best player in the world last 8 months-how are the lesser guys gonna feel.
Ive noticed Rob and Nathan in particular cooling down on the love after playing Littler.
Its jealousy pure and simple cos EVERYONE wants a piece of Luke and the rest will see all the endorsements flying his way and be thinking fvck this kid.
Thats wot i think anyway
I don't think jealousy, but more a bit of competitiveness setting in. I say they thought he was just a gimmick, made the world final through a spell of good luck and that he wouldn't last months later at the same standard but here we are and he's top of the league. Now they aren't all smiles and hugs because they're up against it just to compete with him. Until Littler is a few years in the game I'm sure its not good for the ego to be beaten by a 17 year old who doesn't practice often and has no nerves it seems.
@@themarketm8382 yeah i can agree with your thoughts too.its defo happening whatever the reason.
The World Championships was a buzz for everyone. The media coverage and viewing figures benefit all.
Now Littler has shown he's the real deal and he's here to stay, its not a novelty anymore. Its business head on and serious competition for the rest now.
@@GretatheEvilGremlin very good point.i never thought of that.the novelty of a then 16 year kid who looked 35 bulldozing(and he did bulldoze)his way to the final-he didnt sneak past any of his oppnents he was firmly beating them.
Now they are done and back to business.
Luke has such a huge target on his back but hes dealing with it incredibly for someone so young.
He exudes confidence when others would crumble.
I think it's a bit of cynicism towards the media, since Littler's talent is high, but any of the top 20 players can play a blinder, and the media have been nowhere. It's only Littler's age that has pulled the headlines. That must be a bit annoying - treats the situation as a bit of a freak show
Thank Christ he can chuck with the best of them, because old Rob is seriously thick
@grahamskilling2147 We could be in an endless cycle of asking what is and isn’t necessary here Graham. Is it necessary for you to reply to my comment?
In what way is he thick? I'm a geordie with an accent that I doubt anyone south of York would understand but my mother is a cockney...you sound like a proper snob.
You know him personally? Seems articulate. Unlike your comment
It’s only fair that Humphries is overlooked. He’s not in the same class as Littler.
Your right, Humphries is classier than littler
@@g.s.1722 Get real. Littler has smoked him 6 times. Littler is the real #1
@@lukesimpson3080 i think they even seems as tho humphries won the worlds haha
@@MethodSpxrkyTheMethodSniperss You do realise the nightly comp, euro tour and worlds etc are virtually the same handful competing? Worlds doesn’t make a player better than what the current form suggests.
@@lukesimpson3080 your right they only play good certain nights just why littler has only just picked up form in premiere league i still think hes better than humphries but you cant deny humphries plays good each time they play and is also in good form
