It’s a decent home but this the problem with for sale by owner they think there home is worth more than it really is for 400k and the guest bath has that cheap plastic shower just about no back yard 1car garage then the HOA is about 200 a month and is there a cdd/bond my wife and I are looking but the villages is just overpriced
