Back then, there was a comment under a BTS video that I can’t seem to forget. I don’t remember the exact words, but it’s somewhere along the lines of, “Whenever Armys watch something BTS related or when they attend their concerts, in that moment, they dance and sing at the top of their lungs and preach about loving themselves. Even if it’s just for a few minutes or a couple hours. But everytime, they love themselves more and more because of BTS.”
Yes, the whole 2 month hiatus. People have the wrong idea. This is just saying no performances, interviews or fan events for that time. BTS is STILL working! Still practicing. Still writing and producing. Fortunately they have more time to do other things, too. But they also have concerts in October. You know that they will be practicing daily for this come September. They have to build up that endurance and muscle memory. Hiatus doesn't equal not working!!
I just discovered BTS about a month ago. It started with watching a choreography practice video and I was blown away. Let me say that I am older than all BTS members. I am in my late 30s, but once I started watching their you tube videos I was hooked. They must cast a spell on people because I was sick for a week and I swear I spent 8 hours a day doing nothing but watching BTS videos and content from others on you tube. Now I follow them on social media also. I am in love with every one of them and I feel like a teenager when I watch them. Do I need therapy people. I swear, it's a problem. (or is it)

really i wanted to be psychologist and said this to my dad but he always made me sad and feel disappointed. then i gave up with my dreams, but during that time i found bts and they gave my dreams back. thanks to them I learned not to give up my dreams. never give up your dreams no matter what!

There's something special about BTS that I've never experienced with other artists, Kpop or otherwise (this is not a slight to the music of others - I respect & enjoy them too). BTS' music is deep and relatable. I've also discovered content like Bon Voyage through your Patreon (Thank you so much Josh & Kate💜💜). Now I realise they're bigger than music. With their UN collaboration, variety shows and personal interactions with their fans on vlive/ twitter; they spread joy, laughter and peace through their message of self-love. There's a saying in the fandom that you find BTS when you need it. Army come from all backgrounds and ages. We speak different languages but BTS has connected us all 💜 It has dawned on me that a group like BTS and a fandom like Army comes once in a lifetime, if at all. I'm just lucky to join the ride.
I'm multistan but I'm 100% sure that this 7 boys have something special, they are unique and spread love to the world. They change my life in a good way and I'm glad that I met them, they give me strength in the hard times, and when they started the love yourself era made me love them even more. So many people look down upon bts and army and tbh I feel honoured to be army, being a fan of bts is one of the things I really feel proud of, to be a part of a family and love these boys and receive their love 💜
I have the same experience, my daughter is the one who introduced me to BTS and now our bond is even closer, we are both ARMYs, even my son is starting to listen to BTS and know a good amount of songs from them. We had a family trip to Chicago and went to BTS concert, it was a great experience spending a special time like that with your family, I don't really see the same experience with other Artists, it is very rare.
