*1 kg Fresh pulpy tomatoes
*1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
*1/2 cup sugar
*1 tsp salt
*1/2 cup white vinegar
*1 gram sodium benzoate as a
preservative(optional)
*1/2 small onion
*5-6 Garlic cloves & 1 inch ginger
*10-15 black pepper corn
*4 clove & 2 bay leaves
