Great workmen. Well done.

Lastima que lo utilicemos en autodestruirnos
Amazing footage..
Awesome stuff.
Yeah used to do this type of work, great to see
what a good looking machine
that has a differant set up for the guy running the hammer with that slide thing for the control, usually have some guy standing on the side but hey looks a bit more controlled when he gets to sit down and observe on the fly while the other manipulates the metal, and it makes a neat springing sound I could fall a sleep to the sound of the piston going up and down also made in america, we dont have as much as we used to so we got to do with what we got and do it better and faster then the third world contries.
What is the proposed use of those blanks?
at the beginning, I thought the guys was going to drive the forklift straight into the furnace
Having worked in a drop forge for nearly 20 years I know what a terrible job this is.
That's a huge lump of steel he's working with there, imagine the weight!
he's doing that all day 5/6 days a week.
my old crew
Why's that hammer bouncing off the steel? That hammerdriver needs to get that hit adjusted. He's swinging like a washwoman
its more for the machine's sake than for the piece being worked, don't want to prematurely wear out parts if one doesn't have to, replacements are expensive.
@@killman369547 Yes the bounce allows energy to be dissipated like if you hit a hammer on heavy metal allowing it to bounce takes the sting out and when jumping from a height to hop up on landing
