When Marc and Scott talked about the project they’re working on that is set in the late 20s/early 30s, that was clearly Some Like It Hot, right? Watching this now in 2023, knowing there’s absolutely no way it was anything else… especially given that the dream team (the two of them and Christian💕) are back together. So cool!
Les342 I like auf wiedersehen Augustus gloop and vidiots. In the London version they only used pure imagination cause the book is more popular over in london
We enjoyed the West End staging over here in London! Love the original score from the Gene Wilder film too... All this talk about Charlie/Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory inspired us to do our own remake of all the bits in the original film where Gene Wilder is silent (hilarious). You can check it out on our channel!
Right. The tony nominated show totally flopped. I've seen it touring and performed at local theaters both professional and amateur and let me just say, they're making plenty of money

CHRISTIAN IS THE BEST OMGGGGGG
Why wouldn't they want songs from the original movie? The Candy Man and Pure Imagination are my two favorite songs in the show.
Les342 there both in the show tho............
I think they wanted the show to be its own separate production. They didn't want it to be a live version of the movie.
Thingamabob Lapetus he said why *wouldn't* they want, unless it was a typo

Where do you even watch the show? Cuase obviously they don’t make these shows and even then I’d rather watch it and home.
Uk version is way better
Nope. They both blow but Broadway solved some of the myriad of it's problems.
Easy to understand why this one flopped!
