The rythm spoken of correlates with the Natural beat of the Earth...
Our heart also follows a certain beat that transends ourselfs into the Patterns of the All mighty. If we get Off Beat, we become misalighned to his connection.
These are the rythm of the beat and the Heart beat at rest is the first thing we become aware of in the Mothers Womb. All of mankind must get back to the "Heart" of the matter and follow such.
    "G-D speaks to Mans Heart"☝👂

The four pointed star is a Jewish symbol. Masons display it as a compass and square. It is often misinterpreted. Mostly used to measure and divide, but is supposed to mean survey all that you see, survey all of creation. You can see from the chedvah diagram, it is formed from two dalets.
    (2 doorways, (one) aleph pathway).

I have been diagnosed with stage 4 COPD/emphysema and this makes it especially difficult to engage in or to benefit from meditative techniques based on breathing exercises.

Plant local trees, smoke the herb and all the while think of HaShem and be in awe of the creation, write healing stories listen to your heart, live beyond the matrix, dance with the sephiroth, relate to them as friends

No one ever saw HaShem or attained Awakening through any kind of drug. Those who believe God lives in drugs are deluded and ignorant of Who HaShem is and of what enlightenment is not. HaShem’s perfection precludes revelation through drugs. Enlightenment is far too subtle and sublime to be transmitted in the buzz. If you seek HaShem versus mere states of comfort and pleasure, wake up, get sober and walk the straight and narrow.
