Interesting to see all the businesses related to the macadamia industry. Thanks for the video! The big stainless steel cyber-like sprayer looked invincible! Hearing from Ian Maconachie was really great. Yes, they should give the growers a discount, as you suggested. That would be a nice marketing opportunity to the growers, for the AMS.
Thanks Jane. AusMac is always worth a visit but you will always get more from it if you're prepared to network a little bit - not just with the vendors in the stalls but with fellow attendees. Some lovely people around.
Good video mate, I own the orchard in glasshouse mountains with the MCT1 that Ian was talking about, have worked with him and Bryce closely the last few years.
Afternoon we love your show! My name is Jan Hendrik du Toit I am also a lawyer in Nelspruit South Africa. We have planted 60 ha of A16 A4 and Beaumonts on a farm in the southern part of Mozambique. The oldest trees are now 3 and a half years old we hope to have a harvest in 2026. We would like to invite you to visit us in South Africa and Mozambique
@@mattikelby5571 definitely a bumper show! Peter was talking about Bogong moths. Sadly they’re now listed as endangered: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bogong_moth
The macadamia satay sounds appealing, was there any macadamia black truffle concoctions? They’re both grown around Manjimup in the west with black truffle also being grown around Stanthorpe in qld and Taree.
@@mattikelby5571 I didn't read all the packets so I couldn't say for sure, but man it sounds like a killer combo. It'd make for a very premium product though!
Sounds nuts 😜
một buổi hội trợ máy móc phục vụ nông nghiệp rất thú vị, cám ơn bạn😊

Good to hear from you Jarod. Quite an achievement, cropping in 2 years from planting! What was your secret?
@ keep it basic, don’t go over the top.
Next time you’re in the area more then welcome to film the farm.
