About that gunpowder
You made black powder, however to get something firearm worth, you need 3 more steps
1) grinding, to get the components mixed and ground to a fine dust, with ball mill
2) compressing, that dust needs to be compressed to get higher density in order to have more power per specific volume
3) grinding this compressed powder into small particles of specific size (that where 1F, 2F, 3F and 4F on black powder comes from)
4. Another oxydizer (NH4NO3 can be used in explosives, but not in gun powder, lol)
I love that the basic process.
1. grind into extremely fine powder.
2. compress that powder into pellets.
3. Grind the pellets.

First of all, the composition is purely of black powder, within smokeless, you have nitrocellulose, not Charcoal and sulfur and saltpeter
Second of all, this is not milled and not compressed, this is exactly how unprocessed black powder burns. The Quick burning black powder is done by that milling and compressing

tbh tho i have seen some pretty good explanations of how to make black powder on youtube which have way more detailed processes and had a better quality of powder

went through a piss jug phase in 2021 and was delighted when I smelled H2S from sulfate-reducing bacteria
hell yeah, bringing some reality to "pissing hot hand loads" of ammunition
I remember in third grade I pissed onto a bottle and forgot about it for like 1 or 3 weeks after I hid it behind a cupboard. Why did I piss onto a bottle you may wonder... I wanted to exact revenge on a bully I had. I did make sure to close the lid pretty hard, though the bottle looked bloated after I finally got my hands on it. Opened it, poured it onto his bag, got his books and stuff soaked all over it. And the rest is history.

That's exactly to define every school or public bathroom in Indonesia.
Pouring piss over dry straw bed full of beech tree wood ash and just leaving it for years aerobic bacteria does all the work making KNO3 from the Amonia and Urea in slash and Potassium Carbonate in wood ash with no smells and effort. A great fertilizer. Piss is a resource of course one has to wait quite a while, and to place this a dry barn for a niter bed not to be washed away by rain.
You should get a ball mill, so you can mix it properly.

Since this requires nitric acid and NaOH, it's cheaper and easier to just buy nitrate as fertiliser.
Burning looks good, but for a real test, you should put it in a container and use a fuse to see if it will blow up.

I used to make gunpowder (clandestinely) in after school chemistry club, way back in the late 1970's. i used to obtain my saltpetre from the crystalline run off from the garden compost bin, back home. My recipe used sulphur from old motorcycle & car batteries, soot & saltpetre mixed in appropriate ratios. I supplied kids who were making "ornamental" cannons in after school metalwork club.
I later changed my recipe to safety match grains, sulphur & soot, as it worked better.
Nice to know your school years weren't wasted either

Quick addition. Storebought charcoal makes for a lot less potent gunpowder. The mixing step is also one of the most important. Mixing it isnt enough. You have to really grind it together. I use a ballmill for at least 3 hours. After that youll have to granulate it.

The final shape of the gunpowder pieces will affect its ability to burn. If it is moulded into little balls in an instrument called a ball mill, it will allow the pile of powder to actually burn faster.
