I think the cons and problems people usually experience using the blizzard/super archer blimp are: - its very tricky to pull off, a lot of factors to look into a base, and has very little room for margin of error - due to the health of super archers and wizards, they can be very easy to get wiped out if you dont drop your invisibility spells on time, its like in mare seconds - a surprise giant bomb, nearby bomb tower and scatter shot are these troops worst nightmare

BV I wonder if you could comment on air warden vs ground warden. I have seen it both ways. The ground warden has a greater than zero chance of surviving it seems. The loons tank whatever defences are close and then he just stands back and cleans up…
I find the air warden is a little more reliable and is more likely to get you additional value with an entry like this because: Air warden - has already had oath cleared of air traps and is being tanked for against air targeting defenses. He is however potentially vulnerable to air defenses once the loons and blimp have passed Ground warden - no initial tanking against ground only targets (ground bows, cannons) however doesn’t have to worry about air defenses. All in all, ground warden CAN work but air warden is the best all round approach with this strategy
I was wondering if you can help me to attack one base 😂😂😂 I don’t know if I can send the lava or air warden. There are 1 air defense and behind monólito , I need to pass the monolito. I think the monolito will destroy the blimp.
@@tatalondon it’s hard to say without seeing the base mate but typically the monolith is able to destroy a blimp in very few hits. I’d usually recommend a warden ability to support against a mono

I started using this blimp thanks to your Royal Ghost tutorial. I never bothered to learn because I always saw it followed up with lalo, which is an attack I don't know how to do. So I figured why not try it now while we have the easiest troop in the game. The few times I tried it were all triples except once. I got a 99% time fail in war, but it was completely my fault. So now that RG's are gone, I'm going to try it with hydra since I used it a lot at th14. Thanks for these tutorials BV. You have opened up new strategies to me that I was always too afraid to try.
Thanks for sharing another great guide! For me this attack is either great or completely miss. When I fail it’s mainly due to the blimp deploying near bombs… any tips on avoiding this?
Hey mate, thanks for the awesome feedback! So long as you’re carrying plenty of buffer troops (goblins and wallbreakers), there’s no real reason that your archers should die unless I suppose you’re cloning them into dead ground that the fillers didn’t cover. I’d double check your cc content to make sure you’re not going too heavy on the archers/wiz and give it a little more practise. By all means if you’re still struggling, hope into my discord server and I’ll be more than happy for you to share a screen recording
My CC carries 3x super archers, 1x super wiz and 2x wall breakers. Also I haven’t used the warden in combination with blimp as I thought keeping him with the lalo would be better. Am also trying different army comp as I’m by no means proficient with lalo

Practise makes perfect Rob! So long as you have fillers in the cc to buy you time, you’ll find the invis timing easy once you’ve got a few attacks under your belt. Try it in FC with your clan mates if you can and you’ll start to get the hang of it really quickly
The only question I have is regarding the Blimp troops for a TH15, if I have 3 Super Archers, 1 Super Wizard, and then fill up with 4 goblins, if I send my clone spell in won’t it clone the smallest value troops first?
You can cloon only 36 troop capacity. And if you use wall breakers / goblins, you wait until they die, this means sometimes that you have to use your two invis before throwing the double clone + rage.
What Haris said… but also, I’d recommend dropping a super archer to add 5 wallbreakers in and a couple more gobs if you want the super wiz variant. The more filler troops, the better as it’ll guarantee that your main troops have had all traps cleared before they spawn
Good stuff, BV! I'm going to try this just with one clone and then use yeti/witch smash with 4 earthquakes to try and over run the base without any other spells.

Hey mate. That’s right! Delaying the invis is definitely an option if you don’t want the wallbreakers to actually open any walls. Dropping the invis immediately can benefit you if you want to keep the filler troops alive to give them chance to trigger more traps but it’s not mandatory
Best advice is to try to avoid dropping the blimp more than a couple of tiles within range of the tower. If the spell tower is a few tiles away from the townhall, it is possible to allow the blimp to overshoot the poison and only drop it when it’s outside of the poison radius. Hope that helps!
Usually works good on teaser bases but I get bailed by the tornado a lot. Also bases will have both air sweepers pointed same direction right where I want my blimp to go

Great vid bv, is it best to drop invis then the blimp or blimp then invis. Appreciate that the latter has to be done much quicker. Also when deploying the blimp in the invis, I try to drop it when the front of the blimp is at the top of the ring, to get the troops in the centre of the ring. Is this something you do?
Yeah I prefer invis after the blimp. Works fine so long as you have filler troops to take initial bomb damaged When it comes to actually deploying the invis, I just put my first one right where the blimp is landing. If you see your blimp taking heavy damage, you can just be ready with invis selected since the blimp will not need to be dropped manually
Awesome mate! 4 super archers is fine if you’re dropping them in an enclosed compartment but it can be risky if landing in open spaces and you hit the dreaded double giant bomb 😫
Amazing video. Three starring a lot of bases now. I have one question. If the base is spread out and there isn't much value for the cloned super archer blimp. Should I do something like a queen walk instead or could it still work well? I use lavaloon attacks and or dragon, dragon rider attacks mostly for main army.
That’s a great question! With more spread out bases, it CAN still work. You just need to try and get into an area with the most available value and then do a crazy good hero sui. Having said that, I do think a queen charge centric attack would make more sense as spread out defenses = an easy queen charge

Sure! It’s the same deployment order regardless of how many clones you use. So it’ll be either 1 or 2 invis to allow the filler troops to move out of the way followed by clone(s) and rage then back to the invis again. For safety’s sake, I always use 2 invis to get started. Technically you could even delay your first invis by a couple of seconds as the fillers will take some time to come out which will make your invis’ stretch that little bit further
Personally I don’t think so as while he does give a buff to the rest of your troops, he’s likely to get more value being isolated after the loons have done their work. I’m not sure of where a recall spell would be best used with an attack like this but I guess that depends on what follow up army you choose to use after the blimp has done its thing

Anyone can tell me where the troops drop from in the blimp. At times it seems clearly they drop at the back, but other times it is clear at the front. Getting pretty annoyed by missing the troops with the invis
It all depends on poison positioning but you either need to freeze the poison tower, overshoot it with the blimp or land just short of it. There’s always a way, it’s just not always immediately obvious why that way is
I really wanted to try and practice this blimp before cwl but clan mates doesn't have the archers available and I don't have enough raid medals. I guess I'll do this on the fly during cwl.
I’m sure you know this but just in case you don’t, your clan mates could donate the archers/swiz using gems if they have the gold pass. If you just practised it in friendly challenge, you could use that 1 clan castle for as much practise as you want
Hi Nick, I prefer 4/5 wallbreakers and the rest goblins. The reason for that is that you’ll then get better accessibility in the drop location with more walls open and you’ll also have more ground covered before the archers come out to make sure you’ve done all you can to trigger traps

@@ganesh2694 I find that with that strat, it’s very much base dependent. With core townhall bases (which is most bases at TH15, it’s best to send the blimp without the hydra troops to take out the core then use your heroes to further carve out a path for the hydra troops. I’ve seen super dragons being a really effective option lately instead of hydra. I’d just recommend making sure you’re taking out single infernos and the monolith (with the townhall) as a priority with your archer blimp because as well as air defenses, they’re the biggest threat to a dragon attack
I was wondering if someone can explain the archer blimp part to me. Everytime I drop the blimp my archers either die instantly or if I take a bunch of goblins the goblins just end up cloned? I literally can’t get it to work
The video pretty much covers most points I think but in summary, you need to make sure you have no more than 3 archers with the rest a combo of wallbreakers and goblins. You need to drop your first invis within maybe a second of the blimp landing and don’t clone until after your second invis to give the goblins and wallbreakers time to leave
@@ferrariimsorry it’s actually even better at TH13 tbh because of the weaker defenses. I’d recommend just trying to replicate what I do in the video but in friendly challenges and you will get it eventually!
The video before this I show a lalo attack that is very effective. I’ll also have another video live in about 12 hours with electro titans to follow up after the blimp
Just had a horror show of an attack! Dropped blimp as normal, fist Invis dropped, 4 sec, 2nd invis dropped, 2x clone and rage dropped followed by 3rd invis.... All I ended up with was a million goblins and 0 stars 😭😭😭 Gotta laugh tho. Cant even explain how that happened. Need to figure out why tho coz that was bad.
Oh man!!! One key thing to be sure of is that all goblins and wb have disappeared before cloning. This can sometimes be made trickier by tornado traps holding everything in place. Hopefully it was just a one off, never to be repeated 😅
Wouldn't the best way to save on gems be to ask for clone spell in cc? I a reply he commented and he says "4/5 wb and the rest gobs". Reasons; better accessibility in drop location with more walls open and more ground covered to trigger traps before super archers deploy.

I hate this damn strategy my base gets 3 star from this every single time so overpowered and cheap ! This needs to be fixed or toned down there isn’t a defense base to defend from this this attack with the stupid blimp super archers invisible spells and clone spells tell me I’m not the only who is frustrated seeing this attack every time on my base getting 3 star all the time !!! developers fix this BS ! You are so correct. I was bombed 5 times in a row with the Super Archer crowd getting 100% (3 stars). I said okay, I will use super archer/blimp. Got it to work 1 in 28 tries. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
Gaint bombs are the main reason for this to fail if u see the opponent base's air sweeper not affect ur blimp then there is gaint bombs waiting for u so u need to attack against the air sweeper by freezing it and place ur blimp against the air sweeper @@Toastsmusic

That's why I m here. When the blimp drops and I drop the spell. My super arch are dead and I'm left looking like an idiot 😂😂😂.

I use 20 loons (10 for blimp support) 8 riders, loon and rider normal distribution, with 10 minions. Wrecks most bases
Oh yes! It’ll be OP with hydra!! Maybe even electro titans and super archers. The possibilities are endless

Nice video, I am facing issues with poison spell tower near TH. How to handle this.
Best advice is to try to avoid dropping the blimp more than a couple of tiles within range of the tower. If the spell tower is a few tiles away from the townhall, it is possible to allow the blimp to overshoot the poison and only drop it when it’s outside of the poison radius. Hope that helps!

You can follow the shadow of the blimp right next to it. Wherever the shadow is, that’s where the troops will drop

@@BigVale i can't get much value out of super archers and while focusing on them i couldn't keep track of other troops and spells and forget what to do... after done with super archers and I see its a mess I don't know what to do then...also main problem funneling from the start
@@ganesh2694 I find that with that strat, it’s very much base dependent. With core townhall bases (which is most bases at TH15, it’s best to send the blimp without the hydra troops to take out the core then use your heroes to further carve out a path for the hydra troops.
I’ve seen super dragons being a really effective option lately instead of hydra.
I’d just recommend making sure you’re taking out single infernos and the monolith (with the townhall) as a priority with your archer blimp because as well as air defenses, they’re the biggest threat to a dragon attack
I was wondering if someone can explain the archer blimp part to me. Everytime I drop the blimp my archers either die instantly or if I take a bunch of goblins the goblins just end up cloned? I literally can’t get it to work
The video pretty much covers most points I think but in summary, you need to make sure you have no more than 3 archers with the rest a combo of wallbreakers and goblins. You need to drop your first invis within maybe a second of the blimp landing and don’t clone until after your second invis to give the goblins and wallbreakers time to leave

@@ferrariimsorry it’s actually even better at TH13 tbh because of the weaker defenses. I’d recommend just trying to replicate what I do in the video but in friendly challenges and you will get it eventually!

Just had a horror show of an attack! Dropped blimp as normal, fist Invis dropped, 4 sec, 2nd invis dropped, 2x clone and rage dropped followed by 3rd invis....
All I ended up with was a million goblins and 0 stars 😭😭😭 Gotta laugh tho. Cant even explain how that happened. Need to figure out why tho coz that was bad.
Update::: Darn, I just realised the goblins targeted the CC which was within the first invis drop.

Oh man!!! One key thing to be sure of is that all goblins and wb have disappeared before cloning. This can sometimes be made trickier by tornado traps holding everything in place. Hopefully it was just a one off, never to be repeated 😅
CC spells should be rage and invis ... save your clanmates gems.

Wouldn't the best way to save on gems be to ask for clone spell in cc?
I a reply he commented and he says "4/5 wb and the rest gobs". Reasons; better accessibility in drop location with more walls open and more ground covered to trigger traps before super archers deploy.

Super arch blimp is stupid fthis game
I hate this damn strategy my base gets 3 star from this every single time so overpowered and cheap ! This needs to be fixed or toned down there isn’t a defense base to defend from this this attack with the stupid blimp super archers invisible spells and clone spells tell me I’m not the only who is frustrated seeing this attack every time on my base getting 3 star all the time !!! developers fix this BS ! It makes the game not fun at all !

You are so correct. I was bombed 5 times in a row with the Super Archer crowd getting 100% (3 stars). I said okay, I will use super archer/blimp. Got it to work 1 in 28 tries. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Gaint bombs are the main reason for this to fail if u see the opponent base's air sweeper not affect ur blimp then there is gaint bombs waiting for u so u need to attack against the air sweeper by freezing it and place ur blimp against the air sweeper @@Toastsmusic
