@@S1llyWasHere its okay, my concept was that there are hidden traps under the water and you have to use a bright flashlight to see that thus the water slightly slows you down. Also those kind of ideas are common in some other games, thats why i said it was lame.

I think Eyes can only teleport in the Mines. There might be a modifier to change that when it releases though.
