Thank you Amandeep, you can make changes using CUSTOM CSS in any theme. If you are using Elementor - this is the way to go among others, but when you're trying without Elementor - you have to work on the theme files (I didn't tried in WordPress), but on Blogger for few themes and it worked as I wanted :-)
