The moulding was amazing to watch. The Koreans are very proud people they are very hard working people. Both the men and women they are producing all kind of product to the market locally and internationally and making the highest foreign exchange bring into their country. Korea is very developed country in the world. My country employees also got jobs in their country. I am from Srilanka with love.

@@garywhite2050 looks to me like they were not nearly at full capacity in the factory. Kinda like they only had the minimum number there to film all the steps and no one else so the filming would not disturb production/endanger staff. Mabey the rest where on vacation?

al año son 12 millones hay está la demanda del país y lo qué queda se exporta tendiendo más fuente de ingresos y divisas 💵💵💵 y así es qué se forman los países industrializados siendo independiente de muchas cosas que no tienen que importar cosa que pasa mucho en Latinoamérica 😖

It's a particular type of sand used for sand casting.

It's just like the type of sand found at the inside curves of rivers. The water washes the sand downstream during the "young" (upper stages) of a river (fast flowing water higher up the rocky valleys), and then in the "older" (slowly flowing) sections in the plains, the water winds slowly curving this way and that, depositing the sand on the inside of curves, where it's harvested.
Here in Chiang Mai there's a big industry harvesting such river sand for building purposes (concrete and foundation making) at each inside curve of the Ping River. Outside curves flow faster, so the sand deposits aren't as plentiful, or economical to harvest.
There are many recipes for foundry workers to use, and also for DIY "casting makers" to use which are available on UA-cam or Google. The main factor is to avoid "dirt" such as is used in gardening, which contains humus, plant residue and other hard undesirable aggregates from broken rocks.
In Pakistan the factories use their own recipes, and have special churning machines to mix the sand and add their own oils or clay mixes to firm it up. You can see some Asian foundries use hot blow-torches to harden the resulting mold, and in other countries you can see videos where Carbon Dioxide gas is injected into the sand mold to harden it. It's all very fascinating, and you can spend days watching all the different cultures and their techniques on UA-cam.
"Dirt" is a common term used to name dirty sand on the ground in urban/industrialised areas, or the agricultural "dirt" that's used to grow vegetables and food crops, but not usually so named at the beach, or a clean flowing river. So the question is more to do with "How did it get dirty?", rather than "How did it get clean?"
다이캐스팅으로 대량으로 안찍고, 중력주조로 하나씩 만드는 이유는 뭔가요??
초기비용이 비싸죠. 기계값만 중고로 산다해도 최소 몇억이고 금형도 따로 만들어야되고 공장부지도 확보해야되고 생산설비에 따른 부수장비에.... 관련 법규에 따라 안전장치에... 그에 비해 와플기계 몇대 팔아야 손익분기를 넘길까요.
다이캐스팅은 정밀 자동차부품 기계류 부품등을 만드는게 효용성 면에서 낫습니다.
와플 붕어빵 기계 팔아선 장비랑 금형값 택도없어요
와플 장사하는 사람만 살텐데ㅋ 가정용이라면 몰라도...
초기비용이 많이들어 손익분기점 넘기는것이 쉬운일이 아니니까요.
소품종 대량생산하여 잘팔리는 물건이 아니면 그냥 인력을 갈아 넣어 생산하는거죠 머.
소규모 사업장의 경우 잘 안팔렸을때 리스크 관리도 해야되니까요.

я так понял эта вафельница не для бытового использования в домохозяйствах, а для всякого общепита где большие объемы выпечки, поэтому и цена видимо поскольку эта вафельница рассчитана на более жесткие и длительные условия эксплуатации.

@@oldDecember. ну наверно тем что на обычной бытовой вафельнице для домашнего использования вы не сможете по 8 часов каждый день выпекать вафли для кучи народа приходящего в общепит, она просто быстро сломается. Эта же предназначена для использования в общепите с большими нагрузками.
Так она и не для домашнего пользования. На фиг она такая громадная и страшная дома нужна ?!

@@ЛеоРаби-п3ь да да, прослужит десятилетия)) ТЭН залитый алюминием - не подлежит замене, и учитывая толщину корпуса - на взгляд меньше 1мм, то эта хрень копия пакистанской вафельницы, сделанной в подвале с китайской вафельницы. Учитывая цену, указанную на сайте на рубли получаем 32 тыс рублей за это, далее плюсуем, то что рабочие без респираторов и утаптывают ногами прессформу)) епт от такого в нашей стране избавились после царского режима при зловещих коммунистах - делаю вывод, что компания продает дешманские изделия по завышенным ценам и это по сути компания по отмывке денег, ибо себестоимость вот этого барахла не выше 2,5-5 тр по розничной цене на отдельные части. Идем в какойнить ситилинк или ашан и смотрим там цены на вафельницы - и покупаем на 32 тр 10 вафельниц и по-любому, вот просто по-любому 10 вафельниц самых дешманских китайских прослужат дольше этой корейской дорогущей. это как с холодильником Миель за 220 тр, который купил мой друг, хотя ему рекомендовал брать бош за 70, его миель накрылся через год, а три боша до сих пор бы работали
