    I already conquered my some bad habits like
    1. Timeless sleep schedule
    2. Using phone on bed
    3. Unnecessary phone use in library.
    4. Watching senseless movies/videos
    5.passive learning

    Sir I have a habit of scrolling on UA-cam because I don't run other social media apps like Instagram and I haven't studied anything since neet exam and I don't know how but definitely I am going to get rid of this habit in next 10-15 days or atleast going to spend very less time on UA-cam and I will come and again comment on my progression 💯💯

    I will quit of very bad habit of watching youtube just before sleep .although i know everytime whenever i did this my morning starts with tired body and whole day sleepiness . Now a days( after started preparation for 2025 ) I have reduced it by 95% .. still have to work on this .✊️

    Procastination , UA-cam, web series these things kept pulling me down also masturbation was one bad habit that i am eventually getting rid/control of , feeling proud and happy about it and surely will overcome and eliminate the other 3 distractions soon 🙏🏾 Hare Krishna !! !!

      I think your reason for smoking is stress & loneliness due to academic pressure . Drop is not easy. Take help from friend or someone around you jo judge na kre aur smoke bhi nhi krne de. Secondly you should engage yourself on healthy lifestyle like yoga, exercise, jogging, sports or anything with healthy diet isse aapka healthy rehne ka mnn khud hi krne lgega. To quit smoking start by 7 day challenge. All the best buddy

    I quit not taking care of my physical health anymore. I have started to go on walks for 30mins everyday & reduced my sugar intake. Will soon start going to the gym as well or probably cycling. I have also reduced my chai intake, I use to have 2 to 3 cups of chai in a day but now its either one cup or half cup a day. Thank you for your guidance sir!! ❤

    Sir I have a doubt about my eligibility to get admission in MBBS college after NEET, i.e. I was a PCM regular student without biology, now I am taking admission in NIOS for one subject for bio and if I score more than 50% in bio and I also have more than 50% in physics chemistry from my first boards if after that I clear the NEET cutoff will I be eligible for to get a MBBS seat

    *Crying about my bad decisions
    *putting head down and having gloomy feelings like I'm not living upto my potential n parents aren't proud of me bc they get happy even if I achieve small things but those things don't have any importance in my life n they don't even care to listen about things I care about n don't imagine myself doing anything else.
    What I hv to do is stop caring n sharing things with parents n do things on my own n make myself proud n satisfied.
