@@The_JEB Never mind the EPA, guess you all don't give a rat's ass that people have to breathe that poisonous shit, do you? All for the sake of someone's ego and "coolness". Just like smoking is not as "cool" as it used to be, the same with this shit. Not cool. BTW, I'm not some Commie liberal either. I smoked for thirty six years and it was taking its toll. I guess some people grow up and learn, others do not.
@@williamjones4483 two things: 1. Perhaps some of the people are there because they like the sight of the smoke? 2. Someone in my family used to be a smoker as well and now lives with progressive C.O.P.D., so when I talk about rolling coal etc. I'm not joking around. I think diesel fans should be allowed to enjoy a bit of smoke (darkening the sky is probably a bit much), so long as they do so in areas away from where people live and do business and consider the risks before they do. Diesel racing is fun for everyone, but the risks must be acknowledged and dealt with if necessary to prevent a fun event from turning into a tragedy.
The Screamers doing what they do best, making Music for the ears ! Kinda weak tho, as expected. They got walked out several times. That last race, what a close shave . . . the 2 stroke won by a hair's width ! When the Kenworth driver slapped that last gear he almost got the GMC. I almost fell off my chair. Drag racing with a Manual Transmission, one missed gear and you're a history. Automated manuals FTW.
From my understanding it's the shop truck for a diesel shop in Gaylord MI. Diesel freak. They use it pull there merchandise trailer and for racing/pulling events.
I prefer the canadian version of truck drag racing. They pull a full load and the track is at an uphill grade, these 6V - 92's wouldn't be contending there.
The Detroit motor in that little Ford sounds badass...NO DEF here. LoL 😝
Thank you Chris, for uploading this video. Nothing like seeing the EPA's worst enemy roll coal.
the EPA can go die in the hole that all the def tanks, egrs, and DPF's get thrown into.
@@The_JEB I agree

@ 3:56, that's what I call a good sound engine, the truck on the right side (the Ford) should be powered by a Detroit Diesel 6V71 or 6V92.

Some contestants may have deleted their def system.
What gear are they starting off in, jeez!
What’s the story on the w900 that says “foolish pleasure” on the rear of the sleeper

That little cabover just needed some traction. Looked like it spun the whole way down the track.
