Sir random question. Any thoughts on the old school "PE style" conditioning/warmups (jogging, situps, pushups, burpees, squats) in BJJ, or MA classes? Or is it better to have students do only techique and sparring/rolling
The "PE style" exercises can still be used as a warm up routine to wake up the body and activate the muscles prior to class or training proper
