batman ninja Catwoman doesn't have the best dot, the best dot dealers are
1. flashpoint aquaman (only if fp batman is in your team and aquaman has fully augmented crit chance and damage)
1. batman ninja lord joker is the independent highest dot dealer
2. arkham knight catwoman (dot can be increased with each arkham character)
3. injustice 2 aquaman
4. batman ninja catwoman
all of the above mentioned characters dot can have drastic improvements with gears
gears according to me: the ibistick, ra's al ghul's scimitar and the quake engine you can replace ra's al ghul's scimitar with lex crop helment or have batgirl in your team for the first power bar these specific gears only are the best dot dealing gears and lex crop helmet will give you some defence
