Winter Sleep (Kış Uykusu) is a 2014 Turkish drama film directed by famous Turkish director Nuri Bilge Ceylan. The story set in Anatolia and examines the significant divide between the rich and the poor as well as powerful and powerless in Turkey. At the 2014 Cannes Film Festival the movie won the Palme d'Or ( Golden Palm) and FIPRESCI Prize.
