Ingredients:
for yellow simyan
1 cup (250ml) of gram flour
1 cup (250ml) of plain flour
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of crushed cumin
1 tsp of tumeric
2 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of hot peprika
1/2 tsp of yellow food colouring
1/2 cup (125ml) of water:
Ingredients for green simyan
1/2 cup of gram flour
1/2 cup of plain flour
1 tbsp of oil
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of crushed cumin
1 tsp of green food colouing
1 tsp of hot peprika
1/2 cup of water
