just wanna let y'all in the comments know that absolutely all of these dances require a basic amount of coordination, some isolation, footwork, weight transfers, etc. so if the easy ones aren't easy to start with that's because you need to practice these skills. some of them require a decent amount of hip hop basics (especially bg ones). these are skills that can be developed. don't give up and keep dancing!
As someone with zero rhythm at all and anticipates what comes next way too much, this was actually kinda helpful lol I do these for my workouts in longer videos and the 2pm one always messes me up so to know that's a 1.5 just shows I have a lot more work to do lol I always trip over my feet trying to do that one
remember to learn from mirrored videos which usually arent the official videos!! always make sure the video youre learning from is mirrored because if not youre gonna learn the dance backwords and it might be harder to learn it the correct way if you already know the wrong way!! trust me i know 😔

I've always struggled with bboom bboom cause it's really hard to try and make it look less awkward especially when you do the kind of jumping/skipping move
Smile, dress in a way that makes you feel more confident, and however energetic you think you are, double it, it may feel like you’re putting a lot of movement/energy, but I promise it doesn’t look the way it feels, so always more energy and bigger movements
Same, I've been doing these random dance challenenge videos for almost a year now as a workout and some are still difficult to learn but some get easier the more you do then especially if you don't focus on trying to do the spins and switching places to start off with, cause that makes it harder than standing in one spot and learning the moves on their own
But i think go go by bts is very easy try to do that and then build your skills up and then try doing other kpop songs im not a good dancer but hope it helps
I would also recommend Catallena by Orange Caramel. The dance is pretty simple so it could be good for a low level workout or as a starting point for learning to dance.
I used to do kathak in my childhood but lost my fitness due to covid and my rhythm so I am trying to get back in shape an this really helped thank you^-^
Yeah! I used to be really good at it and stayed fit in shape but now I'm tryna get back into it. Though my teacher and classmates werent the best at all and I just cant keep any classes offline going for long as I learn things better all alone
hi there! let's get this straight.... I am not very flexible and I also look very awkward while dancing. Can you suggest my a choreo for me to get better flexibility and not look awkward . I am also not slim and fit so I am always insecure to dance. Hope you read this comment. Thank you in advance
Im Gonna Be Honest.Im Not Slim And Fit Too,But For Me Personally Was Really Funny Learning Aespas "Savage".You Just Need To Watch Steps Carefully And Its Gonna Look Great!Even Im Really Proud When I Watch Myself.I Believe You Can Do It!You Should Just Remember That You Put Effort In Learning It! I Just Searched "Savage Choreography".
Hi there so first up i'm sure that there will be choreos but i don't know one i can tell you do strech before you dance especially your back, give your rythm and step learning some time. I always watch the mirrored dance practices normal and in 0.5 / 0.25 and i'm learning minute by minute ( i danced in primary school and trying to learn it again w 17 xD) we always did it like this in dance class. so i started w 2pm watched and started to dance. minute 1 i can dance with 0.5 so i make it a bit faster and after like half an hour i can dance with in standard mode. i also suggest to film yourself or do it in front of a mirror :) the videos really help to see from another pov how you look, how your steps are etc... hope i helped you a little bit keep on going you will slay it
Hey there. Me, I am not fit at all, overweight/obese amd I am looking for dancevideos that I can follow, even if it isn'tfully right yet AND I turn down the speed at first. And don't care ehat others think, it's about having fun and it will help a lot woth your physical condition too. It's why I choose dancing as my method of losing weight and because I can't find the dancelessons I want IRL I use UA-cam. It has the advantage of nobody looking. I don't need to know the exact moves perfectly, just get that heartrate up, have fun and change movements. I also seem other kibds of dances plus I want to do yoga on days I may not dance to get more flexible as well. In any case remember you do this for fun and I hope the 0.5 speed tip may help and also that you decide not to care what other people think if they see you. For me I need to find space especially which is my biggest challenge in my smallhome. But I will manage and get a bit of floor to go wild at lol. Can't wait to see some results from all the dancing, but most of all have fun with it!
You don’t need to be flexible, but if you want to improve it Then try some easy yoga/flexibility stretches. Do them at least once a week, but the more you do it the faster you will become flexible. One time I did it every day for almost a full year and I was able to reach a split. Consistency matters. As for the awkwardness, a lot of it is just confidence! Dress in a way that makes you feel good, I also highly recommend a beginners studio dance class! I took a beginners hip hop class for the first time and I was afraid I would look clunky or slow or awkward (I am also overweight and not the most experienced dancer), but the energy a good teacher can bring to a class really does change everything! I saw a side of myself as a dancer that I never knew I had and it forever boosted my confidence to know I could dance like that
You know the worst thing is that my family is broke but I want to become a K-pop idol, I want to dance for my audition, but I don't even have a head to toe mirror to see how I'm improving and I am learning dance from UA-cam video 🥺
I’m trying the thing where u learn dances to lose weight for fun , I’m think abt first stretching and then starting to learn a few steps slowly since it’s hard for me to concentrate of both upper and lower body . Idk if this a good way to start of but imma try 😭💗
@@SADIE_Maybe_SADISTIC slayy since the last few months I have learnt to have a active lifestyle including the dancing , I also included my friend who learnt the dances for fun anyway it did work I think I went from 80kg to 70kg . I hope you can achieve ur goal to 🥺💗💗
Honestly, My birthday is coming up soon so I wanted a big change in my life. I didn’t want to grow up playing games and have horrible grades and have horrible self care. School is now over for me so now I assigned myself to learn dance by dance in and after the afternoon and prep for the next school year over the summer. I can also take care of myself in a wayyy healthier way and its kinda fun. Setting up goals is important. This was helpful even if i’m not as good, 😭‼️🔥❤
soo i started with 2 pm and it took me legit only 2 hours to have the steps and rythm xD i tried dancing it only with the audio and im a bit messing up the end bc im out of rythm but its really easy to learn :) and now onto filing on the dance to make it look perfect
I can’t do anything at all in here i do all the moves wrong even with a tutorial… and when i get them my body looks awkward when i dance or i realize that i do the moves different and look weird 😢😢😢 and i can’t get into dance classes so idk what to do
If you’re looking for another easy choreo, Siren by Sunmi is very easy and very fun! Sunmi has a lot of simple and fun choreos ❤️ Heroine is also super easy, I would say that both Siren and Heroine are by far easier than all of the dances in this video
Someone tell me tricks to move your waist like that... it is common in gg dances but I find it hard. Maybe exercises to help be flexible with my waist.
If i were you jus slow it down n keep practicing, if you struggle with specific moves jus try it slowly until you think you got it then try picking up the pace, the more you do it itll become easier n you'll gain mpre control:) im not a professional dancer by any means jus some randomer who spent their childhood taking just dance too seriously😭
let me be honest i never danced in my entire life except for a programme in elementary school. i'm and everything but i super awkward while tryna dance to cute ones can you suggest a dance for me to learn... pleasee its important and give me some tips too i beg you guyzz
Shine is actually a great dance for beginners as a pusher into basic footwork and gives repetition with some of the moves :) I taught it to a small, younger crew in middle school age range

Do you any video recommandations bc I have no clue what to search to find them ?

gogo is really easy, until the break dance :')
Actually the steps are easy to do but difficult to memorise at such a fast pace but with a lot of practice it might be possible 🤷♀️
I never danced in my life before so this is going to be a journey 🤓
thank you!! i'm trying to get into dancing
Ur welcome☺️
I personally find bboom bboom little difficult and I look really awkward while doing it 😅😅 anyway at what age did you start dancing ? Nice editing 🌟
I started dancing at the age of 16 or 17. Thanks
All of the dance is pretty easy but the thing is the formation i am really stressed with formation, can you give some tips?

I love Ikon choreography
As someone who use to do ballet. I need to start working on these stiff bc my rhythm is off
(I’m also very unfit so I’m gonna work on these)
Thanks for your video😘👍🔥
I love it, wish to know other levels of difficulty in your opinion
step 1:
don’t learn shake it by sistar if you can’t twerk
(I can’t twerk)
i kept telling myself this, instead i jist use that as my current "catch breath" break (even though its not really necessary 😂)
I can’t do anything at all in here i do all the moves wrong even with a tutorial… and when i get them my body looks awkward when i dance or i realize that i do the moves different and look weird 😢😢😢 and i can’t get into dance classes so idk what to do

You gotta practice until you see the moves are the ones just the right ones. Dont give up!!
Bboom bboom is my fave since elem!!😂❤
If you’re looking for another easy choreo, Siren by Sunmi is very easy and very fun! Sunmi has a lot of simple and fun choreos ❤️ Heroine is also super easy, I would say that both Siren and Heroine are by far easier than all of the dances in this video
