- I recently watched Gen Z and it was such a beautiful drama. Zhao Lusi did an amazing job bringing Tou Tou's character to life and making me feel her emotions. I also loved the relationship between Tou Tou and her mentor Ren Xin Zheng. It was heartwarming to see their bond and how it developed over the series. I also felt this drama gave me a new understanding of Tradition Chinese Medicine, which was really interesting.
The only downside for me was the lack of romance. I was hoping for more, but I still fell in love with Tou Tou's character. The ending was a bit confusing too, and I felt like they could have wrapped up some of the plotlines better.
Overall, I'd say it's definitely worth a watch, especially if you're a fan of Zhao Lusi. If you haven't seen her other works, I highly recommend The Romance of Tiger and Rose and Please Feel at Ease, Mr. Ling.

Zhao lusi is a brilliant actress
she is the best love her in all her dramas .nicest actor I ever seen.
I haven't seen the entire drama, but these snippets have already made me cry buckets TAT

Zhao Luci is such a beautiful bubbly sweet fresh & natural actress ❤…however we can’t bear to see her in tears even if its in reel😭❤

This is the most heartbreaking show I have ever watched. Everyone can relate not only those wo are orphan but also those who are trying so hard to fit in the society and make a living yet the people around them is trying so hard to make it difficult for them. Hugs to those who are trying. May God be with us in every step.

Is there any cdrama that similar to Gen Z , doesnt has to be same genre , life lesson, youth , etc , This is my first chinese drama btw , other than that there is similar kdrama that i watched for example My Liberation Notes, Daily dose of Sunshine ,etc
