@@TheHawaiiVacationGuide we are going back to Maui for a second time in May. Booked a snorkel trip to lanai with ultimate whale watch and snorkel 🤿 found that tour thanks to one of your videos! Also booked a reservation to mamas fish house, Merriman’s at kapalua, sunset dinner cruise with trilogy, and horseback riding at mendes ranch, and helicopter tour with air maui 🚁 . Going to do the road to Hana this time and will definitely use your itinerary and videos for guidance.
My lady was hoping if you and your family know about any good spas in Maui. She would appreciate any info or suggestions.

As always, your insights and recommendations here are great! We’re leaving Kauai today😢, but we had a great time, with much thanks to you guys. We took a Captain Andy’s Sunset Dinner Cruise, had dinner at The Beach House, checked out a bunch of the food trucks in Koloa Town including Eden Coffee and Kickshaws, and went zip lining with Koloa Ziplines. All excellent! Thank you!

Our very first ever Kauai stay we stayed at Koloa Landing in a 3 room villa late Oct. 2021 and it was WONDERFUL! Then a regular king room a year ago. LOVE love love that resort. And HoloHolo Grille!
You guys also went to the very FIRST beach we venture too: Shipwreck!!

We had a hard time leaving Koloa Landing! Especially Henry with their great pool. We’re looking forward to staying again.
I just stayed in Poipu in February. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on the Island I absolutely loved it. We stayed at Kiahuna Plantation Resort and the beach was amazing. Love all your videos!

Figured I better warn anyone reading the comments- Koloa Landing will spoil you!!! My family and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on Kauai. No it’s not beachfront but that really doesn’t matter to us because Poipu beach is so close. And when you’re up at 4 am with little ones it’s perfect for a long walk around the beautiful grounds. And check out their Black Friday deal rates if you can travel anytime during the year.

That hotel looks amazing. I’ve been to Kauai once, stayed on the east side, just north of the airport. The hotel didn’t have anything like this.
Kauai has laid back options and a few luxury options. Koloa Landing and the new 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay are probably the nicest.

I'm an owner at Mariott Waiohai Beach Club - 5 resorts to the East. They're quite similar, it was interesting to see the subtle differences between the two.

NOT a romantic hotel or good for couples...the pool is full of screaming kids, with bandaids and weird gunk floating amok, and the only restaurant or bar are the pool restaurant which close before the pool does. The adult pool is tiny and has no services. We could hear kids in the two adjacent rooms while in our room. Our room overlooked the pool bathrooms and kitchen dumpsters and I have Marriott status and requested a move with no luck. Will not be returning and will not be recommending. Should try staying in a normal room before reviewing and recommending perhaps.
