The red heifer should be Palestine native-born heifer and not imported outside, e.g., from Texas Mexico.
That being said, why do we worry about this red heifer when the Holy Quran superseded the previous scriptures, e.g.,.Torah and Injil and did not mention anything about the red heifer. If there's any mention in the Holy Qur'an is all about the yellow heifer (Read Surah Al-Baqarah) and this sacrificial yellow heifer does not refer to as condition in the construction of the alleged Third Temple of Solomon much less the Arrival or Ad-Dajjaal or anti-Christ.
