Good good morning sweet angel. Decided to make this dish for our little hometown Meat Market, since I’d already made it for my church staff and they were beyond grateful and loved it. So, this morning I made it to be able to treat these wonderful hometown folks who work so hard to supply our community and those around us, with all our fresh cut meats and other supplies, knowing your dish would be a hit (at least I pray, cause everyone’s taste buds do differ), but nonetheless I truly believe that anyone who has your amazing dishes, will be so appreciative and will LOVE it. Thank you dear for your hard work and commitment to share your recipes and your life’s experiences. You are such an inspiration and right down “real” and down to earth. I pray that this New Year will bring many many more blessings beyond your wildest dreams and your imagination. Sweetheart, you are rocking it more than you could ever imagine. Keep on keeping on and our sweet Savior will give you all the desires of your heart when you continue to Believe, and Love Him, as you do what He has placed in your heart to share because of your compassion to do all things through Christ Jesus and for Him, giving Him all the Honor and Glory. It is served over rice with a yummy white cheese sauce. I would love to see a recipe you do for it. Also, vegetarian quesadillas would be yummy too!

Wow I make a recipe similar to this but it’s called Gallina Azteca. It was my moms recipe. It’s a little different tho with the sauces tho. I’ve never seen anyone else make this. So cool to watch this. I’m gonna have to try your version of this delectable plate.
