Hi again Rigel! Got an update: 11 lbs down and maintaining keeping it off! Just started a nightly regimen which consists of MetaPWR oil and Jergen's Lavender body butter. I combine the two in my hand, rub my hands together and go all over my abdomen. I call it my Before Bed Abdominal Rub. The tingly feeling is amazing and it smells so wonderful! Most of all, I'm 41 years old and I feel like I'm in my 20s again! Thanks so much for all the great info! This system is the best and I'm gonna continue to use and enjoy it! God bless!! 🙏 ❤

@Rigel Smith I have also noticed putting it in the diffuser at night. I wake up in the middle of the night with lots of energy. I now only do it during the day.
Hi Rigel! The main thing for me when taking the MetaPWR System is my energy levels. I feel much better during the day and I'm able to get through a normal work day fairly easily. I've managed to drop 7 lbs total during about 3 weeks taking it which seems a bit slow to me. I'm on my feet a lot at work which gives me 10,000+ steps per day and I don't know why I don't see a bigger difference in weight loss...unless I've been doing it wrong. I've been taking the collagen in the morning first thing and I take the oil blend all throughout the day. Maybe I'm a little impatient lol. I'll continue to hang in there and see what happens as I keep going. Anyone else out there like me? I'd love to hear from you. Thank you Rigel for putting up these great videos! Congratulations!! 7lbs in 3 weeks is phenomenal and it also sounds like your energy levels are increased!! You are on the right track. Did you take starting measurements? If so you may notice the largest difference there. For now, continue to be patient and focus on where you're noticing the most improvement (energy, skin, mood, sleep, emotions, ect...). Your body is working through it's priorities (they aren't always the same as our priorities). Keep up the consistency as you continue to become the best version of yourself!
@@rigelsmith oh wow! I didn't think about that! Thanks so much for helping me see the light! No, I didn't take measurements in the beginning but people at work tell me I look slimmer. That's a big plus! Now I just obtained the YarrowPom oil blend...a real game-changer. My skin looks so much healthier after just 2 uses! I take it internally as well. I'm learning a lot about this amazing company and I'm getting into training to be a Wellness Advocate. I really wanna make this work. Thanks again for the encouragement! 🙏🙏🙏

What is source of the collagen?

Could you explain why you prefer to take the packet later vs first thing in the morning?
It’s personal preference. My first week, mid day seemed best but now I take it first thing in the morning instead of my matcha tea. My body has adjusted. Some people will do better taking it later in the day (especially older adults and those who feel tired after drinking it). It will depend on your unique body chemistry.

Would the metapwr assist help people with diabetes?
I can’t give medical advice but the people who are tracking their blood sugar levels because of this condition are experiencing phenomenal results!!
I have hypoglycemia & borderline diabetes. I am completely convinced that this product is working to curve my sugar cravings!! I can’t tell you enough how you must be on this if you hv diabetes.

Can I drop the oil into hot water?
For flavor yes but it will decrease the effectiveness of the oil. The oils lose potency with heat.
