I love this home for the expanse of social living space at the back of the house featuring the height of the ceiling and wall of windows and extra large deck allowing a peaceful view of forest and wild life. It’s a perfect home for this type of lot. Plus buffering the sleeping rooms with closets and bathrooms in between is the best solution for privacy and quiet time. You do an amazing job of using every inch of the interior thoughtfully, keeping storage in mind and doing so beautifully. Thank you! ❤
This is a real show piece. The great room is aptly named with the majestic wall of windows. The bookshelves under the staircase is a homey touch. I find the bedroom closet allocations somewhat baffling but all in all this is a wonderful home - would definitely live here.
Well, it's time to complain!!!!! In one of the main level bathrooms, I would also ad a low/no step shower... Needs a bigger pantry. I LOVE THIS house plan. If I was a young guy, this is what I would love to have. Well, I love to have it now.. but I am in the twilight of my life... Beautiful home!!!!!!!!
At 70, all l need is a ski resort nearby, a hot tub on the deck, and a golden retriever by the fire. The only thing I' d change are the white kitchen cupboards. Too much glare, and don't want to be wiping them off all the time. Make them wood!
It feels Italian with the ceilings and vaulted windows ... Very nice .. But I would like the front door in the same style . I think it would add to the design 😊
OH my Goodness! Now this is truly what I want in an open concept home! 3BR (all of which feel like masters) 2 Bath home with a magical large living space. I wouldn’t know which bedroom to pick! LoL! This home is meant for entertaining, relaxing, family time! It’s under 2000 sq ft, has wonderful porches! It has all I want but how does the dryer vent outdoors? That’s my only concern.
....😮...GET OUT OF MY HEAD😊...this is just what I want my home to look like..The brick wall up the stairway would need to change. I'm not a huge fan of brick myself. A few tweaks here and there, but WOW this place looks amazing 👏
The vaulted-ceiling open concept room with its windowed wall is impressive. Although one bedroom has a less convenient access to the bathroom, if it were used as an office or den that would not be a problem. There's a tall pantry cabinet in the kitchen, but a full pantry would be better. The upstairs master suite is elegant.
It would be very nice if the master was the same size but on the ground level! Also, this company needs to consider huge walk-in closets in their home designs, especially in the master. Those current colset designs are way too small to house a couples wardrobe!Come on jackets and coats alone take up an enormous amount of space not counting a couples clothing, need I say more! Besides, women have lots of clothes! Now, the closet that is in this model in that master would make a nice linen and towel closet but clothes, NO! There is still no place for a chest frezer! The deck in the back is nice, but it would be better under the roof! I do like the beautiful large windows in the living area, also the large timbers. It reminds me of the timber frame, I built myself back in the 90s. Large exposed beams are always a nice added touch to beef up a home and add great character ! I would have done a porch and a half wrapped it around the side across that front! It Was nice to see a design with both a shower and a separate stand alone tub in the master bath!
And again, a house plan with no indication where the furnace, water heater and/or A/C are located.. Come on guys, these are essentials for any home, not optional add ons!!!
You can easily put it in Attic, because the video is 1 shot, so I don't want to put ugly things in the video, But next time I will try to add it so you can visualize it more easily
