Gosh, I wish this video was longer and more in-depth. Logistics is what makes this sport what it is.
Thank you for highlighting that a race weekend involves a whole lot more than just 2 drivers, as respected and admired as they deservingly are.
There are a lot of passionate individuals behind the entire effort to achieve a successful race weekend and they are overlooked more than they should have.

Great video, many thanks! On a technical note, I found I had to turn the volume down for the music and up for the dialogue.
Agreed, the audio balance in this one was kind of off. Even when there was dialogue, the music in the background was about the same volume and it made it really hard to hear what was being said most of the time.

If the UK haulage industry paid the truckers the same wages as F1 teams, there would not be a shortage of drivers. The days of cheap labour is over, thank goodness.
The truck drivers are on about £700-£800 a week not really living up the the average, when they are on general haulage out of season they are on pittance. If it’s a job in the haulage side of things for f1 you shouldn’t be doing it for the money 👌🏻
Why the mundane music ?????- otherwise great insight
All this hard work and yet F1 is still trying to push for more races in short periods.
This is why I'm not a supporte of that suggested 23 races in a calendar, coz these guys will be away from their home/family for even longer than they used to, plus all that work needed to be done week in week out will probably take on a toll mentally & physically on them sooner or later.
I'm no longer waiting for the GRANT LOAN because I earn $ 46,700 every 14 days recently
