Esteemed Head Coach of Syracuse Women's Lacrosse, Kayla Treanor joins Mark to discuss the importance leading with truth, competing with gratitude, and understanding through humility. Prior to coaching at Syracuse, Kayla was an assistance coach at Harvard and then Boston College, where she helped them win a national championship in 2021.
As a player, she was named a four-time 1st Team All-American, awarded the Attacker of the Year in three consecutive seasons, and recognized as ACC Offensive Player of the Year. After setting school records at Syracuse, she played professionally and internationally, winning gold medals at the 2017 and 2022 World Championships for Team USA.
