    Just one thing lack in this video is that the pointer is not visible on display, particularly in this case it is required to know which domain in the protein and which band in gel are they talking about. It will be efficient if you add the shooting pointer.

    And not once was "evolution by natural selection" mentioned. Telling?

      Why would it? It’s not a lecture on Natural Selection. However both these ribosomes videos contain facts that are supporting evidence for evolution and natural selection. The fact that there are highly conserved molecules that would have evolved in the early days of life and yet processes that evolved later are performed by analogous but unrelated protein. It also shows that while the eukaryotic ribosome is relatively complex it likely stated out in a much simpler state that was nevertheless functional. Often creationists make out that the complexity of biological systems is irreducible and could never work if it wasn’t in its present day form.

    This avenue of study seriously needs to have a morals, ethics, and legality restraints put on it …the more I watch the more I realize what’s going on….
