    Me and my dad made Elderflower wine awhile back and other one with honey.
    It taste amazing.

      @@LesBurgess1867 I've read around 20g or thereabouts per gallon, so if you were doing it in 5 litre measurements, probably 25g of dired elderflowers per 5 litres (ish)?

    Using high alcohol tolerance yeast to carb with only 10% ABV it would never be left very sweet I'm afraid. Maybe consider non fermentable sugars to add some sweetness if you carbonate in future?

      Yes I fully concur. When I make this next year, I'll add some artificial sweetener along with the sugar at the carbing stage.
