Today I found a jellyfish that killed my Neuvillette. The jellyfish's Skill barely scraped the damage to it. It is located at the bottom of the island in the Ruin of Fort Charybdis. On land, you can even kill this character, but in water, I want to see how long it takes to kill, or if there is a new mechanic for massive damage.

I wish Hoyo would add all these local legends to other regions as well, like they did in Inazuma with that consecrated beast. It would make them exciting again because we haven't had updates to them in so long Enkanomiya update when 😢
These type of vids help me prepare for the worst. Imma make sure to bring my burgeon team when exploring Fontaine. Don’t judge me, that’s the only strong team I have.
I pray and hope that the community doesn't complain about him being too difficult and needs a nerf. I can't exactly play Genshin right now, but I really wanna fight him at his current strength.
He is not difficult, ok that he do a ton of damage with his overload reaction, but you can dodge it quite easily... No need for a nerf in my opinion...
There is another, just northeast of erinnyes is a bulky NPC that can shatter the ground. His name is Rocky Avildsen, Local legend just like Liam you just fought lol
Me and my friend beat him pretty easily in co-op by using a freeze team of Shenhe, Chongyun, Ayaka, Kokomi. He took a while to die, but he was frozen the whole time and so he couldn't hit us back. Not to mention we had him backed into a corner of one of the walls half the time, lol. Then after the fight I realized you could probably use the ball thing to kill him, I haven't tested it out yet though.
I was jst exploring. Suddenly, an enemy's hp bar showed up above, like when we fight a boss. I looked around and spotted this guy, and i was like oh just a treasure horder😑. And got near him chillingly to get K.Oed by him in one shot. My poor nahida didn't see that comin'🥺. Anyway, finished him on my 1st try after all nothing can stop my nilou's bloom team.
Man this enemy gave me gamer rage😤 . He kept disappearing and could hit hard🤯. I was just trying to get the hydroculus for my traveler😅. The bosses or local legends tend to gravitate towards me👀

I still remember the first time I encountered this dude. I was just chilling and testing my newly formed Archon team when I met him. Long story short, all the Archons except Nahida at 300 HP died and I had to run away from him. And on top of it, his health wasn't down to even 80%. Of course this is on me since Furina and Zhongli were both severely underleveled. The second time I faced him, I used my standard comp (Yoimiya, Kokomi, Nahida, Raiden). From then on, the fight became a little easier than the last time, though I was still on the defensive with everyone dying and getting revived left and right. By the time I got him down to his last few hundred HP, everyone except Kokomi died, and I finally got him through her skill. This was, without a doubt, one of the most difficult enemies I've ever fought in this game. And this was in spite of me using the NRE continuously. 😢
I guess I was lucky, didn’t know it was a boss, but was running around with ZL, HuTao, Kazuha and Yelan. Never would have guessed it was a 3M HP fight :) will have to go back and try out a few other teams, I can see it could be a pain.
Now I know which NPC I need to avoid. I’m AR 55 so my world level is very high but my teams are terribly build. I feel like if I were to fight that I’d either get one shot, or if I somehow could manage to win without being killed, I’d end up fighting that thing for half an hour or more.
You know the pond near by is really helpful, caz if you use cryo bridge then make this Mr.GrownupKlee follow you, then since you can swim and he cant so yeah the bridge will collapse and you’ll be victorious 💀 or just fight him w brute strength.
I saw that health bar and was like ‘nah I got this’ then I saw the amount of damage I was doing (barely anything) and I was like oh hell nah I do not have this💀 Bro killed my team with one hit each 😭
The first time I encountered liam was the worst because electro and pyro does deal a lot of damage then an airstrike comes along the worst part he has 3 million HP like a boss but stronger than a weekly boss like bruh a average NPC with a million HP is so cursed for me
There's another one too- *Yseut* - one of the new fancy fatui ones. Both of them give you an achievement that reads: "Defeat the Local Legend: [Name]." I wonder how many "Local Legends" there are, and if they have backstories.
He destroyed my affinity team (composed of Furina, Lynette, Kazuha and Mika) so many times, to the point that Lynette was the only one alive at 500 hp, incapable of receiving more food, with the resuscitation on cooldown In the end, I was able to finish him thanks to Furina, her friends, and the infrastructures

There's also a wind operative called Deianeira of Snezneva or something underwater in a ruin. Also a local legend.

The most annoying thing about this enemy is its pyro and electro potions that cause overload and will knock you back to the high heavens.
