Nice one sir..im hoping and praying to be an OR nurse someday in USA and bring my family with me..currently im an or nurse already, before im Emt for 12yrs also and decided to go back to Hospital experience. Hoping my nurse agency will give me opportunities to apply as or nurse. As Or nurse sir do we need to take exam as to be an OrNurse (CNOR) in USA?
Wow that’s nice to hear…maybe siguro after your contract sa agency they will allow you or you can talk to them..wala naman mawawala..CNOR here is not required naman i-take but if you really want to certify yourself pwede naman and something hospital binibigyan nila ng reimbursement..5yrs na ako dito pero di pa ko CNOR pero nireremind nila ako parati..hehe may increase din ata kapag CNOR ka
Thank you po Sir at Mam sa pagpost nito. sobrang informative. Ask ko lang po if meron din po kau mga surgeons na medyo challenging ang ugali. pano nyo po dinideal. Thanks
Your welcome po sir! Yes meron po talaga..lalo na yung mga old school talaga n surgeon..medyo challenging pero open sila na kausapin and lagi naman nila sinasabi or advice din sa amin dito is minsan they are not frustrated sayo usually sa case mismo..so monsan nevermind and kapag tama ka naman pwede ka naman magsalita as professional..and you can always talk to your Team Leaders and Management to vent out or personal na yung ugali and dito sa ospital namin merong Anger Management kaya pag habitual na ganun sila pwede ka gumawa ng voice report
Your welcome po! Nice balak nyo ba mag-US? okay naman OR dito and ang daming mga projects and hospital to stop burnout ng mga nurses! ingat parati bro! and God bless
thank you for sharing po. thanks sa tips and the encouragement sa mga walang OR exp. I'm really interested sa OR but currently sa SNF ako assigned. My previous background sa Pinas is medsurg pero ayaw ko na mag bedside. Possible po ba na mag apply agad sa OR after SNF?
Yes po! kahit walanka experience kasi po automatic orientation po ikaw ang alam ko for minimum 6 months to rotate all services..pero depende po sa ospital ah kung gaano katagal po..ako po talaga no experience at all sa OR pero yun agad po talaga pinili ko..first 2years ang hirap pero pag okay na lahat routinely na yung ginagawa mo kaya less yung burnout sa floor..Maraming salamat po and God bless po
Yes po! pwede po..as lobg as hiring ang OR..they don’t usually need experience kasi specialized ang OR talagang need mo ng ganoong kahaba na orientation 😊
