Wish you were my neighbour Kev ! My clutch has gone in the bell housing ,I replaced the outer one which was a pig to get on and off the pedal .feeling pleased with myself topped it up only to find the brake fluid pouring out of the bottom of engine somewhere so I assume it's the the slave cylinder that's gone .so it's too much for me at 62 to do and too expensive so it's scrap heaven I'm afraid it's only done 112 thousand I loved it had it for years but hey ho ! .camera work is brilliant you really show us how to get in there .but to be honest Kev you will pay for this when your older body wise been on the floor like this ,we don't stay young forever I thought I was invincible with stuff I got up to .take care of yourself mate ,and hats off to you
Hi mate, doing my clutch and flywheel at the weekend, does the sub frame have alignment dowels or something? Or is it best to get aglinment done after, great video by the way 👍
thank you for this video. I do as you had shown but since I have been suddenly on the rear deck. and it is possible to incorrectly mount the coupling with the transfer box?
sambote they are double splined. So be sure the gears is in neutral. And have someone flip the wheel back and forth as you wiggle the transfer box in. You have to be a bit of patience with it. Do not force it otherwise it will fail. Let us know how you get on.
@@WMCS thank you very much for answering me. the box and in place already but j is to force a bit with the screws. since I was a default terain answer and a noise like clicking on the rear train.Again thanks to you

Got one of these, doesn't seem too bad, confident to do it when the clutch wears out after seeing this
Thats a pig of a box to get out for sure,,,,as usual a superb job going through all the stages quickly but correctly A1 work
How did you align your clutch plate with the box in the way? Or did you use an alignment tool?
