What's the trick to not being constantly approached by passers-by and having to interrupt the movie?
Is it because of the different countries and people?
Because my experience in Germany and Eastern Europe (Hungary, Czech Republic) is that some people react very aggressively when I walk through the city with a camera.
In your videos they are all so normal and relaxed.
Well I usually avoid filming at the busiest times of the day. This was filmed pretty late. Also on rainy days, people are less likely to even notice me. But for that reason is why I tend to focus on filming during quieter hours or in rural places like Iceland or forests. People are less recognizable at night too. It’s less people to bother you and more relaxing. I understand not everyone wants to be filmed. So I try to be selective on when and where I film. But even in this video someone speaks to me. I just try to smile and be as polite as possible. Sorry if my answer is all over the place, but I hope it somewhat answers your question.
