I would keep the paint exactly as it is. Keep the Little rusty wagon on it. Maybe rub some of that patina shine on it to protect any bare metal. Then just put your channel name on it! I think it would look good on the rear quarter below where the glass would be. And maybe put the Airdout logo on the door. its got character for sure. I really like the solid (no glass) rear panel.
