The last time Prince Harry saw King Charles, he gave an interview to ABC and was paid. Not this time..bravo to King Charles!
I'm in the UK. What has annoyed me is the number of commentators saying 'Oh, the King should be forgiving and accept Harry back...' Er, no. As for Harry touching the little princess... no!
Exactly!! All the UK broadcasters seem to have forgotten what Harry has done with their constant talk about how strange it is that Harry won’t see KCIII. What??? Have they all forgotten ? The constant flip flopping is so annoying
A lot of us Americans want to see their titles stripped. And fully understand why the RF is keeping their distance. Harry, great proponent of his privacy, has zero respect for other’s privacy.
We all know appalling the media and commentators in the UK are nowadays.
The UK msm have an agenda by saying that Charles and William should reconcile. Hope those commentators have exemplary relationships with all their relatives.
Some of the UK media come across as unrealistic, bossy and brain dead.
Lets see a picture of Harry hugging his own daughter.
That wouldn't be appropriate, it would violate her privacy.... the privacy of HIS children is soooo important to him.... No privacy for other people's children though.

Harry wrote a tell-all book disparaging his family...for money. There's no unwinding that clock.
And not just a book. The Oprah interview was seen by millions. That was where Harry and Meghan lit the “the royal family is racist” lie. I think because the royal family wouldn’t give Meghan her half in half out grift. And Harry “corrected” the record years in by blaming… the press! They also did oodles of interviews, their reality show, and just tons of garbage from Scooby and Wart Face. And we all remember them accepting an award for combating racism in the royal family, riiiiight?
I think what makes the book even worse was that it was very economical with the truth.
Yes, and think of all the other things he’s done. I wish someone would do a numerical count on every single attack they’ve made on the Royal monarchy and family.

I’m an American. The Met Gala is an embarrassment. Rich people dressing in ridiculous costumes for show @ $75k ticket. People are dying in wars, kids starving and here we are looking at obscene displays of ego. Yeah big deal it helps keep MOMA going as if you can’t get donations anyway. Sickening

I do not agree. Fashion is a creative industry. Many people enjoy fashion and style. The Gala is a celebration of that, replete with costumes. If you feel strongly about not having parties because there is sorrow in the world, that is fine. Don’t go to any parties, but I would argue that celebrating is one of the antidotes to sorrow.
It's a showcase for fashion designers.
Keep the creepy drugged up uncle away from Princess Charlotte. He will be filling her head with all kinds of nonsense about being the 'spare' and try to turn her against her family.

That was a fun-filled chat, Shauna! I'm Canadian, and as of 2023, the Trudeau children were 16, 14 and 9. There is no way they played with Meghan's baby and her toddler in her pool. It didn't happen.
I don’t think Sophie was ever at Montecito. I think her interview was kind of photoshopped in.
Everyone knows that if a photographer was present, Meghan would attend the opening of a gas bill. Meghan wanted to produce a sitcom. Doesn't she know that she's in one? The world is laughing at her.

Princess Charlotte has an uncle in the UK - James Middleton. I'm sure he is a fun and caring uncle.

Hi,your comment on the milk brought back memories, I was a 5 year old just migrated to Australia from Scotland with mum dad and my brother,we were made to drink the milk left in the hot sun,I would vomit every day till this lovely young boy said " I'll drink your milk for you" and he did every day, I loved him from that moment on,we were married in 1967 before he was sent off to Vietnam ( conscripted,) he was as kind and lovely our whole married life till he sadly died at 58 I miss him to this day thank you for the memory 💙

It IS tragic that the citizens of the UK and the Royal Family cannot look forward to any special occasion without it being hijacked by their narcissist outcast family members. This is true for anyone with a narcissist in their family. Every baptism, graduation, wedding, funeral, birthday, or holiday is eventually upended by the narcissist drama. Anything for attention. It sickens me.
That's right! I wish the Royal Foundation Heads Together would do a publicity drive on "how to cope with a narcissist in the family" and pretend it's got nothing to do with their own situation.

Harry wants to hug Princes Charlotte. If I were William I wouldn’t let drug taking Harry anywhere near my children. Meghan’s quote of one plane crash away from the throne springs to mind. This couple are just awful.
Does anyone question why the RF needs to reschedule their time for when Harry decides to show up. Harry works 1 hour a week allegedly and can't call the RF to either schedule ahead of time or see when it's convenient for the King. Also if you really want to see your father don't make demands. Just go and have a nice time.

Harry and his wife have betrayed his family horribly, and too many in the media want to conveniently forget this. And I suspect that every conversation between Harry and Charles is tense and difficult, with Harry pushing for money, for security, 'part time working royal' status, and a public apology for MM. I suspect they're holding the children over Charles' head - he can't bring the kids to see Charles until he gets his taxpayer security and MM's apology.

My hubby remains informed by watching alternative news channels sometimes, he shares with me anything he thinks I should know, which is not so much.... I remember being forced to hug relatives I was uncomfortable around when I was a kid. The thought of Harry forcing a hug on Charlotte, who hasn't seen him in an informal setting since she was three and likely hadn't spent much time with him since he got with Meghan before that, who appears to be afraid of his wife, who must have some idea what this man has done to her beloved family members if not the things he's said about her in the press (including the inflammatory statement about being part of her upbringing because her parents couldn't be trusted with it), makes my blood run cold. Why can't he just leave them alone?

Love the story of Beauregard. We have our own rescue dog…we actually rescued him from a river bank (with some help from a couple of kayakers). We were on a boating holiday in Norfolk UK and came across the dog, stuck on a bank on the edge of impenetrable woods. Without really thinking, I exclaimed ‘is that a wolf?’ (dog was howling, and he does look rather wolf like being a husky cross). We couldn’t get our boat near to the bank (too shallow) but a kayaker got the dog to sit in his kayak and his wife towed the dog to our boat. Back on land we handed the dog over to the local dog rescue service, but we both kept thinking about him. We had been impressed with how placid he was was once he was safely on board, so we adopted him once it was clear no one was going to claim him.
We’ve called him Pozzick…which is how the locals pronounce Postwick, the place where we found him. He’s very placid in nature and very loving. He gets bossed around by his new collie ‘sister’ but takes it all in his stride.
I remember free school milk. It came in a 1/3pint little glass bottle. Such a treat. Then Margaret Thatcher stopped it . “Thatcher, Thatcher, the milk snatcher”😂

This is my misheard word story. At my school in the ‘60’s we used to sing the national anthem every morning. I was a kid who liked to understand things, so I had to ask my dad one day.. ‘Why is Santa Claus in the National anthem?’ He looked at me puzzled, and said, ‘Where?’. I said: ‘You know.. Santa victorious, happy and glorious..’. He gently told me: ‘Darling, it’s ‘Send her victorious’.. I was soo relieved but never really got over how silly I had been!😂
The knitte soldiers are amazing. Reminds me of a few years ago after the bad fires in Australia and knitters around the world knitted mittens for all the koalas who were so badly burned. Therre are still kind and generous people in this crazy world.
We had small bottles of milk (free) in school from the ages of 7 to 11 in the U.K. . But when Margaret Thatcher she became secretery of state for education in 1970's she withdrew the free milk, so as a consequence became known as 'Margaret Thatcher the Milk snatcher'. So I lost my 1st job I was the ' Milk Monitor' 😂. We'd give out the bottles of milk to everyone in our class. I still have my enamel badge. Love your videos.
Absolutely loved the pictures of the knitted soldiers, what patience the knitters needed to create such small characters. l look forward to seeing the display on the beach, on the 80th Anniversary of the D Day landing.

I’m completely fed up of the Markles trying to piggyback on every Royal event with their own PR. In fact I’m completely fed up of them. As a bit of light relief I’ve been reading The Traitor King by Andrew Lownie. The trouble is that I was constantly reminded of the Markles. They seem to be the joint reincarnation of Edward and Mrs Simpson, only the downmarket version. It’s uncanny. A quote from near the end of the book:
“Weak and below average intelligence, the Duke needed a woman to dominate him with that abjectness which former girlfriends had found so disconcerting. The result was that he was completely dependent on his wife.”

Hi Shauna. I enjoy your videos so much! I'm a singer (retired) too. Conga lines have a life of their own, don't they. I remember at one of our gigs the crowd spontaneously decided to form a conga line ( it was such a great night). The woman leading the line took it upon herself to lead the line outside and, with everyone participating, eventually the room was completely empty! We were left playing to an empty room. I can't remember what the song was but we played it on loop for a good 3 minutes until the line started to come back in, but through another door! It was a complete hoot. 😄🤣🤣🤣

My mom had a wonderful sense of humor...in our large family there was always laughter....mom often said, "it's not what you hear, but what you think you hear" ... so true, I often smile and think of her when I misunderstand what someone is saying. 😊

My family tells a decent bug story. Back in the 50s, my mom's family had a cottage on a nearby lake. One summer, my grandma pitted some cherries to make something and reserved the liquid. At the end of the weekend she chucked the leftover liquid out the kitchen window. My grandpa was packing up and saw a very not straight line of ants going up the cottage wall to said window. Apparently complete with 2 ants holding up a 3rd. The cherry juice had fermented , splashed on the cottage wall, and the ants had gotten drunk on the way to the source.
Grandma had to sell the cottage after grandpa passed, but mom told the story of the drunk ants every time we were in the area.

Speaking of wasp stings, I went to Bunya Mountsins with my family and thought I brushed my skin against stinging nettle. It was so painful. I have since found out it was a Gympie-gympie plant with common name Suicide plant. The most painful stinging tree in the world. So add that to the list of dangerous things in Australia.

Shauna, This story is nearly 60 years old. In Canada during the noon hour we were free to wander with our homemade lunches. One warm day a few of us "tweens" were sitting in a circle on the grass in the schoolyard eating our bagged lunches. One girl "Carol" left briefly and left her half eaten sandwich in her 'place'. While she was gone we talked and watched a struggling bee on a blade of grass in front of us. We picked it up and put it between the layers of her sandwich and waited. Upon Carol's return she happily talked and continued to eat her sandwich. Our gazes were fixed solely on her. She must've thought her story was captivating us all. At one point you could see one leg coming out from a perfectly sculpted bite! . Then...the final gulp. As if our prank wasn't damaging enough, we roared with laughter and spilled the beans to her. Carol cried and we all were in deep trouble that day. Years later while at a Race Track betting for the very first time on the horses I won my bet. Woohoo....$2! With it I bought a hot dog with all the trimmings. While heading to my seat a couple of hungry wasps chased me through the stands with hot dog in hand. I don't know if you've ever watched someone trying to deek-out a wasp at a picnic but it's comical, especially in slow motion. I went one way, and my winnings went the other, all over the bleachers. Hungry and defeated I thought of Carol.

You summarised Fiona's background more or less accurately. The media targeted her because her mother was a politician, and she was labelled her 'problem child' so any stories they could write/fabricate/exaggerate on her, they did and that cop joined in. (could be vice versa) She definitely has videos explaining it all in detail and what she went through. I think the full documentary is also available on Graham's channel - when she is interviewed a few years after they got off her back.

When I was a child, I was at a garden party with my family. My whole family uncles aunts, the neighbourhood everybody in the area that you could think of My uncle picked up his drink. I could see a caterpillar in his glass, I watched him waiting for him to remove the caterpillar and he did see I he had seen it. He did not miss a beat. He tipped his glass up and swallowed the rest of his drink, caterpillar and all. I was horrified and I askedhim uncle Casey Why did you drink the caterpillar? He looked at me with a smile and said it would’ve been rude to embarrass our host so I didn’t want to draw attention to it. It would have been bad manners to mention it.

I have a funny story. My sister went for a job interview at an airline just after September 11. They asked her what’s the worst thing you have said to a work mate. She said as it came out of her mouth she knew she should shut up, but she just couldn’t stop. She said to a man she worked with if you don’t shut up I’m going to stab you in the eye with this pen. She said the four people that were interviewing her actually picked up their pens and sat back on their chairs. She knew that she wasn’t getting the job.😂😂😂😂😂
