@@oke3082 where tf did you get that conclusion? it's not that deep, he deleted his account to force himself to stop playing because he was addicted, there's no "wanting to be forgotten" bullshit here lol
As a fun fact, I've seen the [Deleted User] score issue happen multiple times in other modes some time ago (like on late 2022), on osu!mania for example if you look on certain maps like "Koi Kou Enishi (Game Ver.)" on the top difficulty (I was practicing 7K and I stumbled upon the deleted user score), you might see that there's a deleted user in the leaderboards, just like Adamqs is now on the leaderboards again as a deleted user. Very cool to know that more players are getting their replays back.
I just don't understand why people would want to perma delete their account, uninstalling the game sure, but the account is something you can never recreated if it is deleted.
does anyone know if adamqs or any other player who deletes their account could ever make a new account again? even if multiaccounting is against osu rules and that you can't log into your deleted account, i think there should be an exception possibly
@@asdqwe4123 Yes its possible to recover your account , there a player named Scorpionek in ctb who deleted his osu account and only in the beginning of 2023, he asked the staff to recover the account, he keep all his score but lose all of his stats
I legit remember Adamqs going into a low rank lobby I was in all the way in the first few days of october 2019. Can't believe I was able to be in a lobby with him in his last week lmao
but isn’t their scores a part of their data? If these scores still remain in the database, does that mean that osu! did not wipe any every trace of a person’s activity under EU law?
I was thinking of who this specific user was. I'll probably get hate for this comment, but I disagree that keeping scores is the right move. People can still try to locate the player if they're as well known top player such as Adamqs if they knew what their scores were. Plus, losing your #1 to someone who quit and who had their account deleted sounds pretty demoralizing.
"imagine losing your #1 to DeletedUser_613592" this is so trolling and badass
ikr
LMAO
Really, I can't believe that such an incredible player as Adamqs is back

Not only unique, he's also outstaning too
osu's staff doing gods work by preserving scores sheesh
By which you mean trying to circumvent the law that is there for people wanting to be forgotten? How is that gods work?
@@oke3082 How was he trying to be forgotten lol. The whole reason Adamqs deleted his account was because he got addicted to the game.

I don't know about Adamqs that much, but I always want to watch his replay so I'm gonna watch his replay quick.
Adamqs is cooking again.
ive seen rumours that he has an active multi with a score on the old keelhauled

i was confused when i saw some player name deleted_user on the leader boards but now i know why

Maybe some people have a serious addiction and want to strip everything from the game. I can see a few different reasons.

they can't, but I think an exception should be made for that sort of thing tbh
If you ask to the staff maybe you could play again

i think its more like personal data
i think they only had to wipe the personal data which scores probably dont fall under
look up what's personal data means under the EU law.
scores are not part of their personal data, thus, its not something required to be deleted.
Adamqs is either gnahus or malis tho
