Awesome Champ! feel like teaching an old man here. How to reach 500ft I'd much appreciate it.😅 You never seem to disappoint. Also, out of curiosity serius question, I was wondering if it would fine tune your game since you probably have every disc at 174.3 Max weight & your distances are always further than most players. Would it help to disc down to a slower speed disc with little to no glide to reach the point you're aiming at or is there other disc issues by doing so that I'm not thinking about such as turn overs or something along that line. Your opinion matters to me.

These videos keep getting better. Both of your camera work is improving, though more zoom would probably help viewers track the shots. Especially on a phone, it's impossible to see where anything lands. It's worse on your videos because you throw so much further than everyone else.

When Anthony tells Grace to "turn the key" to keep it nose down, is he talking about supination (forearm rotation) or thumb pressure or both and is it something you are supposed to do at the last moment or maintain throughout the whole swing?
Both, though I think turning the key is mainly referring to thumb pressure/wrist flexion to the pinky side, since you naturally have to supinate your forearm to keep the disc relatively flat throughout the swing path. Hard to say but I think I do both throughout the whole swing path, while emphasizing the thumb pressure just before release.
@@DaveGreen-ft2vy I think this is most relevant if you are pronated when coming into the power pocket (briefcase carry) because then you have to supinate to undo it.
If you don’t do any kind of briefcase carry it seems like you can just maintain thumb pressure and hold the same wrist position the whole time and don’t need to “turn the key” because it’s already “turned”.
I throw just over 400 max and I don’t think it’s nose up and I’ve had to “turn the key” because it’s already “turned” I guess since I don’t briefcase carry at all.
It's way harder to find a practice field when you throw 600+ VS 300ish. 😂

What did Anthony change from his old to his new forehead form for more accuracy?
Side arms looking good! I got some 550+ side arms measured out/on record. Been working on the backhand though. Trying to break 500 with that. Before the end of the year hopefully!
I did it a couple weeks ago, just learn to do a proper 360 it helps a lot, 515 is my record on a soccer field, no normal backhand will ever beat a 360, so if you can do 400+ with a normal bh than yeah learn that 360 and you will hit it.
