No doubt.. NIT Allahabad cse is awesome for placements! & yeah.. Infra is totally outdated.. For hostels u can check out some of my videos. Ultimately both pros & cons r associated with each college..

If u wanna pursue in software field... Go for IIIT Allahabad, although NIT Allahabad CSE is also good. Look, CS & IT get equal opportunities in college during placement.

For cse/ece approx >99percentile is needed.. It will also depend on ur home state as well as category.
