I am happy you showed the source for the trunnions. I recently shipped my Delta band saw and the movers broke both trunnions. Figured I had an antique boat anchor since my searches from the usual suppliers turned up no longer available results. I did not realize Delta used the same deign for so many models. I was planning to make replacements from hardwood but would lose the table adjustment. Thanks
In replacing the blade bearings on my 14 inch delta (80's) bandsaw, i saw I could not get to the bottom blade bearing to replace it. How can I get to the bearing? Do you have a replacement? What does it look like? Thanks.
Thanks for the video. Are these identical left and right? Also, what's the part number? I can't find them on the stockroom supply website and would like to order them. Thanks!
That's a good point! I personally never adjust my table as the blade is never at a static angle...when you tilt the top wheel the blade angle will change. So whats the point? But for those who do regular hex bolts would be wise. Great comment!
I have one and it's obvious the Trunnions were designed to fail. There is plenty of room for more support. Expect It's like it was designed to have a weak point.

If only all tools were this easy to fix! 👌
Good score, mate, and an even better quick repair job. 👍
It’s true! That’s the beauty of these old bandsaws...very simple machines!
What do I do if I need the studs and nobs for the trunnion??? Where can I find those?
I'm missing the bolt and shoe piece from one of the trunnions. Where can I find one?
Do you know where I can find a sticker for the angle gauge?
What if the trunion is fine but the lower cradle is broken? That's what I'm facing and I need to find a replacement part. Rockwell 14"
Unfortunately I’m not sure where to source them. Goodluck!

Are these replacement trunnions also pot metal like the originals? And do you guys ship outside of Canada?
Thanks for showing how and sharing that, well done!
And thank you for watching!
Oh, so the front and rear Trunnions are the same?
What Trunnions should I replace mine with?
It's a Delta 14 "
I got a Yates American 14 inch bandsaw...same trunnions fit?
what is a good price for the condition such as yours? thanks
Well a good clean delta with a fence sells for around 500$, Chinese models a bit less.
I paid 50$ for that saw which I thought was a good deal.
Good deal Ethan, but I would not use the tapered screws you used as you can not adjust the table as there is no space to adjust the angle now.

The surface finish looks terrible!
